I hired them to do some masonry work on my house, and it cost me a lot - thousands of dollars. But the work they did wasn't very good. Before long, I saw weeds growing where they had done the work. And no matter how many times I called them, they just kept lying and avoiding the problem. It's really frustrating that they weren't honest and didn't take responsibility. It feels like they didn't just waste my money, but also my time. Honestly, it would've been better to just throw my money in the water instead of giving it to them. So, I wouldn't recommend using their services. I learned a tough lesson, and I hope others can avoid being disappointed like I was.

I would not recommend this organization for these reasons. They were more expensive than who I normally hire to do this work (they claimed they used better quality driveway sealer), the work was sub-standard, and the person who answered there phone calls was untruthful.

Their pricing was similar to the competitors, but what set them apart was that they offered unlimited pier depth per section. Other companies had limits--for example, up to 20 feet, then an additional charge per foot after that. I'm glad I went with Groundworks because several of my piers ended up going 90 feet deep across 16 sections. With another company, that could have cost me significantly more. I also had their gutter guard system installed (similar to a French drain, though they claim it's better), along with a vapor barrier and mold treatment. I will say, if you have a serious mold issue, I'd recommend hiring a dedicated mold remediation company instead. I did have an issue with the mold spray, but after calling a couple of times, I was able to speak with a manager who surprisingly took my concerns seriously and resolved the issue. The salesman who came to my house, Randy S., was excellent--very thorough and knowledgeable. He always answered my calls and would text be back in a reasonable timeframe. One thing I didn't like was the same-day discount tactic. They present you with a price, then offer 10% off (or whatever discount they choose) if you sign that day. It puts pressure on you to make a major decision on the spot, which is difficult when you're spending over $50,000. There is a three-day cancellation window, but some people may see the discount as more of a sales tactic than a real benefit. I also want to mention the foreman on the job, Jose G. He was great--he answered all of my questions and even let me watch and learn a little while they were working. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. Their warranty is transferable, which is a nice bonus, and hopefully I won't have any more issues going forward.
