Facility is astoundingly clean and pleasant tobe in. Food seems to be better than most although sometimes a bit salty , to my taste. I was recently surprised though to learn that my husband could receive both the menu item AND an alternative so that he could have more protein. This was at his Dr's request. I wondered why this wasn't addressed by Atlantic staff when they became concerned about weight loss weeks ago. I applaud those who staff the nurses station - they always answers my questions and address concerns quickly. In addition , Social Services is amazing with their coordination of transports to my husband's appts. Particular staff I can personally call attention to....dont know all their names , but every CNA and RN I've seen attending to my husband has been caring and attentive .... especially the two I see so often - Yesenia and Luz. And a woman who has always greeted me smiling , offering her help as we'd pass in the hall - Irma Martinez. As well as a woman in the kitchen who , after I thanked her for her hard work, said t o me " thank you. I love my job. " Atlantic is blessed to have staff with such positive attitudes . My dad and I were there with her every single day and the staff was always accommodating, caring, and helpful. We never had a negative encounter with anyone who worked at Atlantic. They acted quickly and decisively and often anticipated my mom's needs without us having to ask for something. I found all of the employees to be competent, professional, and passionate about what they do. They probably deserve a raise. Some of the staff we found to be particularly caring and helpful include Amy, Angelica, Christian, Daisy, Dave, Geffrey, Hermes, Jamison, Leticia, Liberty, Maria, Martina, Nathan, Rex, Rocio, Sam, Shirley, and Wilma. The people are very nice all of the staff, including the nursing staff the CNA's the people that run its social services even housecleaning . There's quite a few on staff that I hit it off with really well and they're very kind and funny and we keep each other laughing.. my experience has been 99% positive and I appreciate them. Also, I think the food is good. I've never been to such a facility before, but the food exceeds what I had assumed it would be. I'm 67- feeling stronger and healthier each day; i've been here one week, exactly on New Year's Eve I recommend to transfer here on a weekday instead of weekend when certain staff members aren't here

Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, professional, and above all, caring. Shout out to CNA's, Olga, Jose, Carlos and Crystal. The Physical and Occupational Therapists were upbeat and full of motivation and praise. Shout out to Shelly, Celena, Mandy and Alex. Also Kim and Kat (PT Manager and Asst. Manager). Courtyard is very clean! All rooms were swept daily and deep cleaned regularly. In the rehab room, all equipment is wiped down with disinfected after each use. Food was what you would expect... (No Michelin Stars) but, the staff made sure you were satisfied and good about offering alternatives. There were a few mix-ups with medications when I first arrived, but those were straightened out immediately. All in all, very happy with our choice.

All of the nurses and staff are very nice and helpful. Ellen in admissions helps us get situated and also helped us find a great place for my mom to go after she was discharged.The followed up and got her new caregivers everything she needed even after she was discharged. Ellen, the case manager kept me Informed and was always available to answer my questions. Giselle and the other nurses are so caring and compassionate. The CNAs were on top of things. Rosa was my BIL favorite CNA. The rehab staff worked with my BIL to get his strength back. Michelle the dietician kept me in the loop on my BILs weight and she worked out a plan to get him more calories to help him gain some weight back. This review is about the staff interactions and my experience as a patient/resident there for five (5) months last year 2025. Bedside nursing care was good. However, the facility was undergoing a management change when I arrived there. Tension among the entire staff was high. The Charge Nurses were obviously used to functioning more as 'administrative' rather than 'supervisorial' staff. So when they realized that they were to participate in bedside care under the new management, they gave me the impression that they thought that was beneath their level of expertise and some of them were quite snooty about it. The Activities Director and assistant did a good job of keeping activities interesting, however, the Assistant seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and she was outwardly mean to me, as well as all but one of the front desk Receptionists. Food at the facility was quite good. However, the food service was stingy with snacks and never prepared enough of the at night. Overall, my rating of Catered Manor is between 3-4 stars. My hometown is nearby (approximately 15 miles away). I wouldn't mind going back to Catered Manor as a patient, but only temporarily, as my hometown is where I'd rather be.
