Both of my kids go here and it's the BEST decision I've ever made! We love Mrs. Sarah and her teachers!

We took them out until we could figure out what was going on. When we were ready to have them go back our spots had been filled. I did a search of the area and stumbled upon Happy Tree. Ms. Danielle was extremely responsive and we had a brief phone call before we toured the school. During the phone call with Ms. Danielle it just felt right. When we toured, I knew it was right. When they were enrolled, they had just turned two and within weeks I could see a huge difference in their growth and development. They are now 4.5 and came home one day and recited all the presidents! They are writing and spelling their names, adding and subtracting and much, much more. It's extremely bittersweet that they are moving on and we will very much miss Happy Tree and all they've done to prepare them for their future education.

He became so comfortable with the teachers in his class that he would specifically look for them when he walked in the building. They are so loving and caring. I had some apprehension because my son has a hearing aide that needs to be removed for naps and water activities. It is also extremely difficult to get him to keep it in and for other students not to yank at it. They took the time to learn how to place and remove the device and also helped him keep up with it. As he moved up in classes, he became just as fond of the new teachers as the old and they encouraged some independent learning. They also got him to eat vegetables almost everyday which is impossible at home. We wouldn't have believed it if we didn't see it with our own eyes. Another great thing about the facility is you can pop in on your child any day or any time. They have an open door policy for parents and it makes you feel at ease when they are willing to be so open. We moved and had to change child care. It was a difficult decision to make because our son enjoyed his classmates and teachers so much.

I noticed that most of the positive reviews are either employees and/or family of the owner. I can…read morerecognize them perfectly. Happy Flower provided childcare for my child at the minimum level. They don't change him until you approach the door for pickup. And for a fulls day of care, I provided 6 diapers for my child, but would come home with 4, sometimes 5. For a 1 year old, that is completely unacceptable. My child attended 2 other day cares prior to Happy Flower and within his first 2 weeks at Happy Flower, I got 4 incident reports on him being injured. I would get more as his time there progressed. Meanwhile I had never gotten any prior to Happy Flower. My son would arrive with a diaper bag filled with diapers, wipes, a&d ointment, and a spare change of clothes. First they lost his spare outfits (twice) until finally they lost his diaper bag. There is no organization whatsoever No assigned bins or hooks for the childrens belongings. Parents can just grab whatever and leave. If there's any issues, the owner Rozita, is the only one to speak to. So when she's not there, nothing is solved. And if she can't solve it, she just tells you to find another day care. My child's last day , there was a state inspector there and Rozita was all over the place. Fixing things, cleaning things, she had 3x more staff there that day and it was remarkable the effort she was putting in to make her business appear credible. I would not recommend anyone try this place out. For your child's sake.

****update after the owner clearly didn't comprehend what I said in my review***…read moreI'm still going to stand by my previous rating as again I truly didn't say anything bad about the daycare except it did not meet our expectations. The owners reply or rebuttal to my review validates my point. Clearly she does not fully comprehend English which is one of the few complaints listed in my review. Also I see nothing wrong with caring for and being attentive to the children however if he or she isn't being wiped down or changed until you buzz me in at the front door kind of makes me wonder how long it's been since his last diaper change and if he's been eating snot all day from his nose not being cleaned. Learn to take your rating and constructive criticism. Most would have left a 1 star rating however I gave you the rating I truly felt was deserved and advised people to give your business a try.

Everyone we've interacted with, from directors to teachers have been wonderful, and seem to legitimately enjoy working here. My wife came from an ECE (Early Childhood Education) background and has worked several places as a teacher, curriculum planner, and as assistant director and as such has fairly strong awareness about centers and what to watch out for - she has been consistently blown away by the interactions with staff, state of the school, and the classrooms. As for our daughter, after her first week of getting over being 'away from mommy and daddy', she started getting VERY excited about going to school - since then, we've watched her grow into a clever and curious little girl and this center is a big part of that! She comes home talking about her friends, her tumble class (which is an extra service that can be added, provided by Coach Ty), the butterflies in the garden, and all the art and activities they do! We get photos of the activities in the app, updates on what she's learning, and she bring home fun art projects just about weekly. Overall, this center has clearly contributed very positively to her growth, and we look forward to being here for years to come!

My…read more2-year-old has come home with more unexplained injuries in the last few weeks than in our entire two years here. These wounds are often not treated properly, and there have been multiple times where no incident report was filed -- and neither my husband nor I were informed by staff. The assistant director, Vanessa Ortiz, has extremely poor communication skills. It often takes more than a full school day to get a response to emails about serious issues like injuries. When we've tried to address concerns in person, we're met with excuses, not answers -- and certainly no sense of urgency. Also, if you have an issue and ask for the teacher's names (since we don't know their names due to so much turn over), don't expect to get them without the director reaching higher above her and then telling you to reach out to the area or regional director :) Shockingly, some teachers have even stepped in during conversations with other staff and *yelled* at us while trying to defend one another. The stories we're told rarely add up, and it feels like there's a serious lack of transparency and accountability. Supervision in the classrooms is clearly lacking, and poor communication seems to be used as a cover-up rather than a fix. There has also been an alarming amount of turnover among staff and students in just the last two months alone. That said, I want to give a huge shoutout to Mrs. Margie, Mrs. Wanda, and Ms. Jasmine. These amazing ladies are the only reason we're waiting until summer to pull our son. We truly appreciate the love and care you show our baby -- thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
