This place ROCKS!…read more I've been a client of Lisa's at Rockin Hair for 3 years now, and she has NEVER let me down! At my first visit, I was looking for a stylist that could give me a fun and edgy cut - and she did! Then I wanted to go from red to blonde... and Lisa was in. I've grown my hair, chopped my hair, gone red, brown and platinum blonde. And Lisa was always able to give me what I was looking for. And then I needed something very different... a beautiful, subtle updo. THIS was actually the time I was concerned... I wasn't sure how it would turn out. I should have known better. It was absolute perfection. As I walked up the aisle, the FIRST thing my now-husband said was "Wow - your hair!" I cannot recommend Lisa or Rockin Hair enough!

It's so hard to find a stylist that listens and is able to give you the cut you want. I've been to…read moreso many stylists in the last 2 years since I've moved to Granbury...always left disappointed. Until today. Rachael was awesome. She listened and worked her magic-even though I thought I didn't have much for her to work with since 'the butchering' a couple months ago.... I finally found a stylist I like and trust.

I showed multiple inspiration photos and explained exactly what I wanted, but my results looked nothing like the photos. My hair ended up orange with harsh streaky lines throughout, and there was even blue left in my money pieces. Overall it looked very uneven and unfinished, especially for the amount of money I paid. I reached out kindly afterward and explained my concerns, and while she did offer to fix it, I had already driven an hour to get there and had a wedding that same week, so making another trip back was not realistic for me. I asked if a refund or even a partial refund could be considered since I was going to have to pay someone else to correct my hair before my wedding. She told me salon policy would not allow refunds, but after speaking directly with the salon owner, I was informed there actually is no salon refund policy and that refund decisions are entirely up to each stylist because they are independent contractors. That honestly made the situation more frustrating because it felt misleading. I do want to say that Rachael was kind throughout the process, but overall I was very disappointed with both the results and how the situation was handled afterward.
