I called him for an estimate to repair my broken gate. And he gave me a time and showed up several hours later then specified time. He looked at my gate gave me a price and I told him to go ahead with the repair. He said he wasn't available for two days to which I said that's fine. Called him the morning of the repair to confirm that he was coming, since I had taken off from work. I called him at 830, for a scheduled 9am appt. he said" I don't like to be called this early and u don't like to be rushed. If you are in such a rush, you an call someone else". I replied I just wanted to confirm you were coming, to which he said he's not, and rudely hung up. It's a shame, that he lost out on my business since we were planning on changing both our gate and garage door to a connected model in a few months. I hope he reads these reviews and understands that web someone is calling him to get their gate repaired it's because it's not working an they may not access to their garage.
