Smith and Ramirez took the time to properly identify the issue and, through mutual discussion, develop a practical solution. That level of honesty, professionalism, and problem-solving was a breath of fresh air. Special thanks to Alex, Kristyn, Hilda, Jando, and Mario -- top-tier professionals.

During my time there, I saw a constant turnover of employees and staff coming and going. I left due to ongoing issues with not being paid, and I'm not the only one--others are still owed money. After I left, my name and phone number were still being used with customers without my knowledge, which led to confused and upset homeowners contacting me directly. To my knowledge, the company is also currently facing legal action from the city. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend homeowners and potential employees proceed with caution.

About half the roof, along with 7 skylights were damaged. The insurance adjuster just wanted to replace the damage sections but David argued that these tiles were no longer manufactured and any other tile would not match the dimensions or the color. Hence, all of the roof needed replacement. It was a 2100 sf house plus 600 sf garage that required 30 squares of concrete-based hail resistant tiles. They could not do the repair for about 4 months, so a crew was sent to tarp the roof. 4 months later they started, took about a week with an 8 man crew. Result was absolute perfection. Super teamwork and craftsmanship.

He was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Armando explained everything clearly, pointed out what really needed attention (without trying to upsell me), and gave me a very fair and reasonable price for the repair, which wasn't the case with the other local bids that I received in the process despite these other companies' "glowing" Google reviews. Scheduling was super easy and fast, they got me on the calendar within days and the work was done efficiently with excellent craftsmanship. The crew showed up on time, worked diligently, and left the property spotless when they were finished with fantastic before and after photos of their great work! It's rare to find a roofing company that's this honest, responsive, and dependable. If you need roof repairs, inspections, or general roofing work in the El Paso and surrounding area, I cannot recommend AAAA Contractors and Roofing enough! Once it rained, about 3 weeks after they put the shingles on and refused to tell us whether or not they were finished, we had 2 terrible leaks still, actually worse than before they started! Randy Ponce tried to blame our skylights on the opposite side of the house, which was physically impossible! After several attempts to get them to rectify the situation Randy texted that he was declining to finish the job and refused to do the interior. Then stopped all communication with us except for having someone in his office email to ask for more money! We sued Mountain Star Roofing and Randy Ponce and are still in litigation as he has not even shown up for the first two hearings! I should add that they also gooped tar all over our fairly new siding! And that they were slamming the shingles down on the roof so hard that it was extremely loud and made some of the sheetrock come down in our bedroom and kitchen which WE HAVE PICTURES AND VIDEO OF EVERYTHING! We are confident we will win this case fully very soon! We highly recommend you keep this company off of your property!
