Appalling service, I have used this salon for many years but the service has declined to unbearable…read morenow. The staff are rude and speak and laugh about you in their own language and there is one technician that does not seem fully trained and the gel polish peeled after three days. I have made the decision that I will never use them again. Beware is all I say. Especially when you have so much choice of other salons in bedford.

The staff there are lovely, I always have a good chat with them whilst i'm having my eyebrows done. Joanna is such a friendly person who makes you feel welcome and comfortable every time you book and attend appointments. The atmosphere is always a happy lively, one.
