While I used to be a regular customer, and most of the staff were helpful, I had an incident where they sold me the wrong film for a traditional camera, then charged me three times what other developers charged to get it developed. Upon hearing that I had been overcharged by so much, I complained to the manager, who was one of the rudest men to work with, compensated me £3 (which was nothing compared to what I had paid to develop a film) and refused to speak to me when I asked to have the name and address of someone further up the chain. Would not recommend.

Also the idea of sales didn't really work as they were not as big reductions as i had hoped for. I would just recommended looking up the information online and buying from there.

This means that customers also have to be patient sometines and it does take time to get served. however, once there, i would want to take advice from anyone else as the staff are so knowledgable. Parking is impossible as it is rightnext to Mark & Spencers but if you are in Stratford for the day this place is easy to find and to get to. there are some steep steps at the front so not ideal for buggies and prams etc

If you get stuck there is also a friendly staff member who will help you to sort out what needs doing.
