They have a 'legal department' run by a solicitor who sits on your legal letters and a complaint dept who chooses to ignore GP advice. The salon is very good at marketing but are not interested if things go wrong. Please look elsewhere they do not care. Now there is a new person and you must pay a deposit and pay for top ups even if it didn't work properly. I've never needed a top up before. This time I needed it. I have been having Botox for 10 years and this was the worst and most expensive - in the end £300 most painful and a bit crooked and not as good as any I've ever had before. I was told it was a new Botox, meant to be better etc. I will not go back - I'm extremely annoyed and I notice today, it's wearing off already and that is less than half the time it usually lasts. Botox should be getting cheaper and easier. This whole experience was hard work, had to go 3 times in the end and I was bruised for a while - not happened that badly before.
