We have a bunch of family coming to town tomorrow so the timing was awful. I made an online appt. late in the afternoon yesterday and received a time frame of Noon-2PM for today. Ralph called well within the time frame and let me know when he was expecting to arrive and he was on the dot. I really had no idea how much it was going to be as they don't give a quote until they see what you have. I appreciated that we were not obligated to use the service after they provided the quote. It was more then I was planning but once we factored in how many trips to the dump it would take for us to do it, the time (which we did not have) and the possibility of getting another flat tire from being out at the dump, like last time, we realized it was worth the price. Responding to the: I chose a different route after you came by played with my sprinklers and left the backyard sprinkler on and left them running! I discovered they were still running four hours later. And yes, you did reimburse me for the water usage. This is part of the attention to detail that is lacking. The gopher guard was not pinned down properly so within a day of the gopher guard being put down, I had gophers. This happened more than once. My hose was left on more than once. My gate was left open more than once. The wrong Grass was laid in that dead corner. After several attempts, that area still has dead grass. Not saying you didn't come back and try, but after several attempts, you were still not successful
