The unit is on an upper level and is ultra modern with an incredible view of the distant skyline. The amenities include a basic pool and state of the art fitness center open 24/7. The location in downtown Hollywood is perfect for someone who wants an active nightlife or a simple two minute walk to a patio style eatery for lunch or retail shopping. Although the positives far outweigh the negatives in all fairness there are two that are quite concerning. The vagrant population has always been an issue in downtown Hollywood and there are no shortage of them migrating around the immediate area. The other issue that creates an unwanted anxiety is the extremely limited guest parking situation, which I endure each time I visit with a constant fear of getting booted, towed or fined. The QR Parking Attendant app thankfully worked this time without issues. Beautiful spacious lobby with a friendly security officer until 3am. Good apartment complex for a young professional with modest expectations.

Great location across the street from the Downtown Hollywood shopping and bar area.

What really made the experience exceptional, though, was Giselle, the property manager. She is truly a gem--professional, kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile for residents. It's rare to find someone who cares that much about the people in the building. We were honestly heartbroken to leave, but we had to relocate because my daughter got accepted into a university-based high school in another county. Otherwise, we would've stayed much longer! If you're looking for a place with great energy, great people, and outstanding management--215 Park is it.

It seems super quiet and safe so far. However, my review is really for Giselle, the property manager. Like everyone else's reviews have indicated, she was absolutely amazing! She was very responsive when I inquired about the property, and she immediately scheduled a tour of the property. When I met her, she greeted me warmly with a firm handshake which it seems like people completely stopped doing with the pandemic. I may be old school, but I appreciate a handshake when doing business. Giselle was so informative and kind. I asked plenty of questions and she never seemed annoyed. I never felt awkward or pressured with Giselle; she seems like a friend, although she is not. Giselle was so helpful during the application and move-in process! Giselle anticipated concerns and sent informative emails explaining certain details in depth. Giselle is always super available to me, answering calls or texting back immediately. I recently locked myself out of my apartment and Giselle answered my call immediately and was able to give me a temporary code to get back in! Giselle is a huge asset to this property! She absolutely knows customer service! If you are looking for a place in the area, I highly recommend at least a look at this property! You won't be disappointed.

First, I would love to recognize the maintenance team. Chris, Kimberly, and Keenan are truly amazing. They are consistently kind, friendly, and professional, and they always make interactions pleasant. Their hard work does not go unnoticed. I would also like to recognize the door staff, Tisha and Jorgen. They are always welcoming, and my guests have only had positive things to say about their experiences with them. I do have a few concerns I'd like to bring to your attention. The rooftop pool was previously heated, and it appears that it no longer is. Additionally, the elevators are frequently an issue there is often at least one that is not working, which can be inconvenient. Lastly, I would like to share some feedback regarding the leasing office staff. With the exception of Jennifer, my experiences have not always been the most positive. While there has been some improvement, the level of friendliness and helpfulness has not been as consistent as I would expect. Jennifer, however, has always been pleasant and helpful. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I appreciate the efforts being made in the building and hope these concerns can be addressed.

This requires a Fort Lauderdale 3rd party address with a code for ALL package deliveries. My residential address is different. This results in family, clients, or work colleagues sending flowers, gifts on holidays, etc. being refused by the front concierge desk and returned to sender. They are supposed to accept perishables but often refuse so FedEx has to call me and I have to run downstairs to accept my flowers. Imagine FedEx caring and valuing the residents more than the company you pay rent to. Sad reality! The 3 elevators for the 20 story building are also down weekly resulting in long wait times for an elevator. I recommend you find another high rise in Young Circle that actually values their residents because I will as soon as my lease is up.

If I could give this property a lower rating, I would. My experience here has been extremely…read moredisappointing due to poor management, lack of communication, and unprofessional treatment from staff. Communication with management has been consistently unhelpful. Rather than working with residents to resolve concerns, responses have felt dismissive, hostile, and at times threatening. Just days after moving in, we had trouble entering the building digitally and reached out for help. Instead of resolving the issue, management suggested returning our deposit based on the assumption that we were unhappy, when we were simply trying to get support and answers. We later provided videos of us struggling to access the property, but still received no meaningful response. At one point, Lorena suggested that no one else in the building had this issue, yet after reading other reviews, it is clear that similar access concerns have been raised by others as well. I live on the second floor, and the apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows across the living room, which means people entering the building can see directly into the unit. To create some privacy, we purchased plants for the balcony. While we were moving the plants into the building, I was approached by an individual who was not in uniform, who took photos and stated that management would be in contact. We later came to understand that this individual was part of maintenance and lived across the street, but at the time there was no indication of who he was, which made the interaction feel intimidating and inappropriate. I then emailed management to ask a straightforward question: whether balcony plants violated any part of the lease and, if so, where that was stated. I received no response. When I followed up by phone, I was told only that a lawyer would be in contact instead of anyone making an effort to talk to me directly and explain the issue. The first response we received regarding this issue was not from management, but from a law firm. We were issued a Seven (7) Day Notice to Cure claiming that we were in violation of the lease based on management's authority to regulate balconies, even though no specific balcony rule about plant height, visibility, or placement had ever been verbally communicated to us or formally provided in writing beforehand. The notice demanded that we remove the plants or face termination, and claimed that the plants created a traffic hazard and constituted an exterior alteration to the building. Only after this legal notice was issued did management send out a general "community reminder" email stating--for the first time--that plants and décor cannot extend beyond the balcony railing. This had not been clearly communicated beforehand, despite our direct attempts to ask and comply. Similar plants that go above the railing appear to be present on other balconies, and it was only after this situation arose that a community-wide notice was sent. At no point prior to this escalation did anyone from management provide a clear explanation, cite a specific rule, or attempt to resolve the issue directly. That has been the pattern here: no real communication, no willingness to help, and no attempt to resolve concerns reasonably. Everything becomes an escalation instead of a conversation. Overall, this has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I've had. Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend this property. PS-- I am also African American. Noting since this experience is similar to another review left here about being treated differently.
