My wife and daughter loved the Butter Chicken and the Lamb Malay Curry. I had the Chicken Saag which was very good too. The Garlic Naan was excellent (we asked for another one!) The Lava Cake had coconut ice cream (which I'm not fond of, but perhaps gives the Indian influence) was okay. I also had the Indian Brand, Kingfisher Lager. It's a lighter lager which I liked (but never had) I do highly recommend Noori's!

I had a delicious dinner here today in this genuine Afghan restaurant, Pamir…read more I had the chef's 'suggestion' which was a chicken breast marinaded in Afghan spices and served in a secret sauce (it was tasty and crunchy), with a fresh salad and rice. The white house wine washed it down nicely. The outside terrace was pleasant, the owner was very welcoming and the washroom was clean. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

The kabuli Palau being the national dish was not at all the dish. They had garnished white rice with carrots and raisins and served it with stew. Go for decent food but not Afghan.

I guess it's a bit odd to go out for Indian food on your last night in France, but hey, this place…read morelooked good, and the prices were ridiculously low for curry. You can't beat the setting either. Right on the port with a view of the boats. I got the dal with a side of naan. Ordered it spicy and they honored that request with heat to spare. I might have actually been crying as I ate, but I enjoyed the meal and didn't leave a morsel behind. The end tab was only 9 euro, which would have admittedly been higher had I sprung for rice, but I didn't mind going without. I don't normally finish it anyway. The only real downside is the size of the naan. It's buttery good with just the right amount of crisp, but it was a tad small/thin. Could definitely have used more.

First of all: Hi beach is now WIP ( beach work in progress)…read moreIt changed owners and name and the brother Costes renowned for their luxurious hotel and cafe in Paris took over the Hi hotel and the adjacent beach Stay tuned for another name change in 2019 For now I did not enjoy my lunch at his beach. They had the electro music blaring through multiple loudspeakers and the food was average and quite expensive: The ravioli with truffled oil were extremely creamy and heavy. The chicken was average , the burger came with a mayo based sauce. The branzino was ok , cooked well but expensive at $30 ( we are at the beach after all); I would have liked a starch like rice or potatoes to make it a more complete meal The fish soup came with the usual accouterments ( toasted bread , aioli and cheese) but lacked depth I was told that the steak tartare was good The sorbets were too sweet In all a hefty bill for average food and a headache because of the music 2.5 stars( for branzino and steak tartare)

Grant it, I don't know French but still. You could come around every 30min to an hour to ask if we would like something. I had to go up to the bar bc we wanted to order. The waiter then charged me there and told me he would bring the drinks to us. Please remember the beach here is not sand it is full of pebbles of all sizes. Ouch! Bring some waterproof sandals that will stay on your feet while you go into the ocean.
