Unfortunately this was the most disorganized office that I ever saw and there was nobody to greet me at the desk and wasn't for some time. When finally somebody came to the front desk there appeared to be mass confusion and even arguing amongst the people that worked there. I waited a very very long time and finally was seen in the office by two people. One who was the acupuncturist understood that I had a Morton's neuroma in my foot and tried to put the needles between my toes which was excruciating pain and never been done even by the most advanced TCm I have seen from China. The physical therapist visit was brief and when I left there was nobody at the desk yet again and I could not even ask about what had just happened let alone if somebody were actually wanting to book another appointment which I wasn't. Told his organization and won't be back and do not recommend. There are much better physical therapists and acupuncturist in this town and disappeared more like a drive-through kind of car wash. Not my thing.
