I stayed at LOGE Leavenworth Downtown for a quick trip and booked our room using Bilt points. I always love credit card points and this was no different, it was such a great deal! The stay came with free parking which was a bonus in Leavenworth because it's such a walkable area. The location of this LOGE couldn't be more convenient. We were able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and many of the sights in town within minutes. Check in actually happened at the Iconoclast Cafe, where the staff apparently double as baristas and hotel reception. Nonetheless everyone was friendly and helpful despite having to take the time to complete some of the check in information since I didn't book direct and didn't receive the links in advance. Even so, I liked the hotel and room layout as my friend and I had two separate beds and there was even a hammock hanging above them, which was such a fun, unexpected feature. The space had an outdoorsy modern feel with thoughtful elements that made it feel unique and cozy (headlamp, cooler, rumpl blanket, etc.). Even though we didn't end up using the LOGE app or the complimentary bikes, we appreciated that those amenities were available and it's definitely something I would take advantage of on a longer stay and/or at another LOGE hotel. We also didn't check out the beergarden! I'd say one of the only downsides was that the building itself felt a little old though I guess the charm of the space and overall experience made up for it. All in all, a great stay for a short getaway and an event better introduction to the LOGE hotels. I'd happily stay again and look forward to checking out other locations! read more

The heat when we walked in was miserable and the control unit under the window barely worked. We ended up opening the windows all night because we were sweating inside the room (end of February chilly nights). No hair dryer. Shower water pressure was very low. Dirty shower curtains. It's been a long time since I've stayed at a hostel, but I know one when I see one and this is a good one. Located a couple of short blocks from the middle of town, it's a great place to stay. The place isn't staffed in the evenings so all guests have to make arrangements online so they can send you the room and door code information. We parked in the back and passed the beer house on the lower level where they serve brews and a little food. Taking the elevator or the stairs to the first floor you see a cafe, a souvenir shop to the right, and there's a lobby area where you can sit and enjoy your snacks, lounge, or mess with your laptop. They also rent out bikes for free for their guests which is a nice amenity. Going to our room, we found a hammock stretched across the room over the beds. It looked fun, but I was too afraid to try it for fear I'd flip off and land in the middle between the beds and on the ground, so I just removed the caribeener to get it out of the way. There was a bike stand inside the room which also was a surprise. They had mugs, a refrigerator, sink, and even old towels for you to use to dry your gear or your dog without ruining the newer towels (they charge you for that, which I guess is fair). The one thing they didn't have was a bathroom. That's when I realized we were in a hostel. But no worries. It may be inconvenient, but there is a shared bathroom that is super clean with four or five shower stalls, which actually I didn't mind. There is no forced heating or air conditioning, so the bathroom and hallways were ventilated by fans and the rooms had air conditioning units, which we needed during our stay. Our pups came with us and we were grateful for that because the town square is so puppy friendly. We had a good stay and except for not having a personal bathroom, it was perfect. read more

Once you park your ride you can lock it up for the duration of your trip because your in the heart of the city and walking distance to everything. I've been to Leavenworth multiple times and never realized that this place existed! During our planning we found this hotel on a whim and quickly booked it since there weren't many availabilities left. LOGE has two locations in Leavenworth: one near the riverside and this one located downtown. It's conveniently located in the heart of Leavenworth next to Waterfront Park so it's very close to the restaurants and shops. Check in is 4pm (at the cafe) and check out is 11am, and they even have free parking! It has the feel of both a hostel and a hotel. The first floor has shared amenities whereas the second floor rooms each have a private restroom/shower. The lobby has tables, games, and free wifi which definitely give off that hostel vibe. Attached to the building are Iconoclast Cafe and Doghaus Brewery. The former is open all day and serves coffee and even cocktails. The latter serves beer with plenty of outdoor seating. The first thing we saw when we walked into the room was the giant hammock spanning the length of the room. It also had a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, AC, a sink, a kettle for water, and a TV. On the side of the bed were USB outlets, phone chargers in case you forgot your own, and a headlamp. A couple complaints (from bigger to more minor): - We heard loud stomping from the floor above. We realized later that it was people walking through the hallway out the exit door which was inconveniently located right above our room. It was so loud it was booming and almost unbearable. - Our room was a little further away from the restroom/shower so every trip there was a bit of a hassle. - There was no free breakfast or even fruit but I guess that's what the cafe is for. Great location, great service, great drinks. We stayed here over the winter of 2023 and the room we had was very spacious. It was a queen room with it's own bathroom and it was very close to the backdoor which led to the parking lot. The location of this place was amazing. It is 2 short blocks away from the main street but we loved it since it was quiet enough to be away from the crowds and close enough to join back in on the fun. The staff was always quick and polite. This hotel had quite the unique, eclectic concept. Think elevated camping in what could be described as a glorified hostel with upscale finish. The "front desk" is essentially the barista at Iconoclast Coffee + Bar but for the most part it's self check-in where a code to your room is sent to you via text. When you arrive, the parking permit is located on the bed as technically you cannot park in the lot until you check-in at 4pm. Rooms are clean and contain, interestingly enough, a hammock strung across and over the beds. Some nifty additions/ amenities included a Thule cooler for your personal use, a shoe rack/ dryer, and Miir mugs for complimentary tea and Alpine Start instant coffee which you can brew up with hot water from the provided electric kettle. The AC was sounding off loudly which would indicate that it was working hard, but, in the end, it didn't really efficiently cool the room throughout the night. It's an old building therefore the walls are thin but the hotel does offer multiple complimentary ear plugs to eliminate any issues with noise at night. We were in the 1st floor in Room 101 which was right next door to the bathrooms -- toilets and showers. Yes, bathrooms are shared but your room does have a sink and mirror. The shared bathroom was extra clean and they provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash in your room. Not all rooms utilized the shared bathroom but ours as the cheaper option fell under that category. Other sweet amenities include free electric bike rentals, SUP rentals at a discount (close to Waterfront Park), and the free s'mores in the outdoor common area at 5pm after the proposed checkin time. They also occasionally have live music in this courtyard but usually on the weekends. The hotel houses the cafe which also functions as a bar that is open pretty late. Dog Haus Brewing is on the lowest floor, as well. This Loge location is in the middle of downtown Leavenworth but near Waterfront Park a bit so it does offer some seclusion. In terms of pricing, it is average -- not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive. A pleasant stay was had here! read more

I liked the overall stay at the hotel. The room was clean, location was great and having a coffee shop downstairs was so helpful in the morning. I cannot give 5 stars because my friend was trying to get on the hammock (as it stated we could and count as a bed) and one of the straps got loose so she dropped to the floor. As you can see in the photo, it's not a small drop. Thank goodness she landed in between the bed frames or else she would've broken something for sure. I recently stayed at Loge hotel in downtown Leavenworth and had the best stay. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They gave great recommendations on places to eat, places to check out and the hotel also offered live music on Saturday night! The staff always had smiles on their faces, joked around with us and made our stay extra enjoyable. The hotel had a great space in the common area that offered games, tables to work or eat at, and very comfortable chairs and couches. It was a great meeting place to talk with friends and let my 1 year old run around and play. The communal bathrooms and other areas were also kept clean. If accidents occurred, the staff was quick to clean them or fix them. The management staff was very hands on with the guests as well which was very refreshing and helped make my stay even more comfortable because they were so welcoming towards me and my little one. I could tell that they take pride in their jobs and truly wanted to make sure that we were comfortable during our stay. I did appreciate all the amenities and things that Loge offered with my stay like the bikes, maps and the super cool hammock in my room! Also the fridge was great to put our leftovers in and snacks for the baby. Definitely an interesting experience. I would describe this place as half hostel, half hotel. It feels like a hostel in the sense that there's no frills, no amenities, and barely any contact with staff. You basically check in at the cafe on the property (there's not even a dedicated check in) and whoever is working there runs your credit card and you'll get a text later when your room is ready along with a passcode to enter your room. I'm not sure if there's room service, there doesn't seem to be any breakfast served; the whole thing is just a cold transaction to stay in a room. Once you're in your room, there's items all over the place from hats to beanies to drink holders to blankets that are marked for sale along with a guide to prices. It's strange; I've never stayed at a hotel where they stuffed a bunch of products in the room and tell you you can buy them. The room was clean but is definitely going for some strange millennial "quirky hip" vibe with a hammock strung across the ceiling and industrial finishes. They're trying to make the place more instagramable than functional. Was this the worst place I've ever stayed? Definitely not. But I'd say it's more of a place to sleep if you don't care where you stay than a hotel one should actually seek out for an experience. read more

Our stay here was...strange. We booked with credit card points so didn't look into it a whole lot and didn't know what to expect. I get the concept (outdoorsy, "upscale hostile" I guess?), but there were a couple key issues for us. We had a king bed room with bathroom and shower. 1. They don't have a front desk, just a barista in their cafe. They text you a code to get into your room before you arrive. Weirdly, they texted us 3 days before our arrival by mistake saying they looked forward to seeing us that afternoon. We let them know they made a mistake, which was fine, but then the code they texted us on our actual arrival day didn't work. The barista had to come up and help us and it took about 15 minutes for us to get a code that worked for our room, making us come close to missing a dinner reservation. 2. Lots of stuff for you to "try and buy" in the room (hammock, various camping/outdoor gear), yet regular hotel amenities were very minimal. In fact, our room had about a 1/4 role of toilet paper when we got there and we ran out on the second night. Couldn't find another roll anywhere and texted them but didn't get a response. The rooms are extremely sterile, just plain white walls. Mattresses are very firm. If you want a welcoming and comfortable hotel experience that matches the charm of Leavenworth, I'd try somewhere else. read more

There's a hammock in my room!! Enjoy Leavenworth folks, I'll just be over here snoozing! Loge is a fun, comfortable, and affordable addition to the Leavenworth lodging scene. The brand caters to the young and outdoorsy; you'll find Loge locations popping up in towns near wherever there are adventures in nature to be had. You check in at the cafe; there's no separate reception desk. But they do serve beer, which you can take up to your room. Be warned: the brewery downstairs next to the hotel patio is separately owned, and doesn't have a license to serve beer for drinking on that patio. Seems like a quirk of city licensing, and frustrating no doubt for the brewery as well as guests. But the brewery does have sone indoor seating, and will gladly serve beer in a mason jar or growler to go. In terms of features and amenities, our room had a somewhat firm yet high quality mattress, a no-frills bathroom and shower, no and a small TV with an Amazon FireTV Stick. MiniBar and electric kettle with tea and instant coffee packets that are actually pretty good (bring your own creamer!). No closet, but a clothes rod suspended from a small shelf. Decor is minimalist, in white and orange, with quirky hanging baskets of fake ivy that add a fun touch. Nightstands have no alarm clock or Gideon bible, but a USB hub with assortment of charging cables and a BioLite headlamp. All of the high-end camping gear in the room is free to use: a hammock, a lightweight quilted blanket, the headlamp, and some high quality travel mugs. If you want you can take them home with you; the hotel will simply add the price to your bill. I think the hotel offers rentals of bikes and paddle boards and such. And it's located right in downtown Leavenworth. All in all, a great stay that adds some value and variety to your lodging options here. read more

Stayed here for the night while visiting Leavenworth and I enjoyed it! Everything is modern and seems new! I just wish that they cleaned their sheets more thoroughly as I found hair and crumbs in the sheets that we had not even used. There were plenty of towels and pillows but like I said the pillow cases were stained and there were orange crumbs in the bed and couch. The check in process was kind of odd it seems like the place is more of a coffee shop than a hotel/hostel but we did enjoy our one night stay there. read more

Featured a hammock, bike racks, Loge gear and apparel for purchase and a Small Yeti cooler for us to bring down to the River! A rad local band tore it up on Saturday night on the patio- super fun ambiance. The lattes from the cafe were AMAZING. I usually drink drip coffee but found myself trying a different drink each morning we stayed (5!). Staff was kind, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately, our room on the first floor had a really bad creaking noise from the floor above. The LOGE in downtown Leavenworth is in an ideal location! When you first arrive, you can easily check in directly with the barista, who is also your front desk person AND bartender! These folks do it all! We found our room and punched in our code. The room was spacious! Our toddler loved the hammock and appreciated the room to roam! Overall fairly clean minus some of the dog hair which the vacuum missed which ended up on the bed because of collecting on the socks. The gal at the front desk helped us get new bedding in no time! Our room also overlooked the park down on the river trail so we could see when it was busy to take our son down since it's just a short walk! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall! read more

Came across this hotel from their Facebook ad. Decided to give it a try and I do not regret. It's unlike other hotels I've stayed at that are more family friendly but this gave us a different experience. They are the newest hotel in town, so I convinced myself. The hotel is right in the main attraction in Leavenworth, just a short block away from the Main Street. They have some guest parking behind their hotel but this was not mentioned on their website, so I parked in a paid public parking when I arrived. Their parking slots are small, so if you have a SUV, a little difficult. They do not have a n official front desk. The front desk receptionist also serves as the barista. On the day of arrival, you will get a text to check in, follow the prompts and when room is ready, you will get a code to unlock your room. This actually works very well for me as I normally lose my hotel card when going out. I reserved one of their biggest room, with a king bed and a bunk bed. Plenty of spaces in the room. The room was basic but clean. Bed was ok but pillows were too flat for me. Our room had a stand shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Some of their rooms do not have in room shower. I checked out their common bathroom on the first floor, it was very clean. I think cleaner than my gym's. They have a beer garden but I didn't try. They also offer floaties for the river that you can access from the trail by the hotel. I didn't hike down due to high heat but it looks manageable. The only awkward thing that happened during the stay was that a decorative window trim fell off while we were out of the room. I think the nail came loose but we were not hurt. We notified the hotel and they came quickly to remove it and offered me a free drink. If you stay here, don't forget to try their honey lavender latte, so good. I'm overall very happy with the hotel. The staffs were friendly and helpful. I will stay here again! read more

Once registered through Hotels.com I received 2 emails and one text message with a bunch of goofy 'how happy we are you're going to chill with us' type of message. Several references to an amenity fee, but no mention as to whether it is mandatory. After several attempts I was able to speak with someone at the property and got them to acknowledge that the fee is mandatory. This after assumedly paying in full and receiving a receipt to that effect. This is a dishonest practice with an attempt to obscure with cringey, flowery language. First the good. Friendly, helpful staff, good prices in their downstairs cafe. The Loge Lemonade with vodka and sage was one of the best drinks I have ever had. And there is a hammock in the room and boot dryers! The kettle and instant coffee felt nostalgically european. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I forgot my razor and went down to the lobby to buy one and they sell the razor and blades separately. The razors are $4 and the handle is $17. $21 to shave my legs after dropping $500 for a 2 night stay seems ridiculous. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and allowed me to hang out in the lobby until the 8 pm train came. Beds have nice firm foam toppers and you get your own sink in your room. I like that you get free bike rentals. They only have bikes with straight handles and there is a path by the river but it's all gravel. I was drawn to this place because it is a very old historic building that used to be a hospital. It seems haunted. I got a VERY VERY weird feeling when I walked through the hall of the bottom floor. I can't recommend this hotel for people with back or arm issues because the guestroom doors have some kind of tension thing on them that makes them hard to open and makes them slam closed hard. It makes it hard to get luggage in and out of the room. If people aren't careful, they just let their door slam closed at night which is one reason why you will need the earplugs they provide you with. It's just not practical to have those things on the doors. I don't know how people in wheelchairs would get in their room. They told me there aren't any rooms that have doors that are easier to open. I have bad arm joints and recently hurt my back. Had to ask maid to get my suitcase while I hold door open. read more

I stayed here for one night and this was my personal experience so it may not be the same for others. I booked a room with a common bathroom meaning that my room has a queen bed, mini fridge (with mini freezer), a microwave, complimentary tea and coffee, and a sink. It's plenty large for two with lots of storage for bikes and other gear. The room had a hammock which I thought was pretty cool because I haven't laid in one in forever! Also, a quick side note, the check in desk IS the cafe. I thought there was another desk but that was it. The room was ready about an hour before check in time (4pm) which I was informed via text. The place as a whole felt very clean and newly renovated. There was a note inside the room noting that it is a bit older so the walls are a little thin so here are some earplugs but we did not see any and we didn't ask yet because it was just the afternoon and thought maybe we didn't need it. Fast forward to the evening after returning from the town, we go to shower and for the most part, the bathroom isn't busy. There's also a curtain to separate the showers from the rest which is nice. The showers include a floor towel, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Everything is going well until we get back to the room and are able to hear snoring coming from a neighbor. Granted, we half expected it with the note and reading prior reviews. We were actually able to just fall asleep anyway... later on, I think someone mixed up rooms but the staff there was super kind and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located right near all the activities which allowed us to come back and drop stuff off and rest before going out again. Parking is free, just have to get a pass from them, and was a little crowded because it's first come first serve. Overall, a nice stay. read more

It's very nice, clean, and convenient. A bit bare bones but they do have what you need. Fantastic location. Just gets a bit noisy outside.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay before we moved on to our condo for the next week. The bed was very comfortable, and the fine individuals who operate the coffee shop and deli were EXTREMELY helpful and prepare some great goodies. I did not leave a 5-star review because 1. The bedroom is very sparse, so no comfy chair or loveseat where one could sit and read before heading out for the day's adventures. 2. The downstairs game room/eating area could be further utilized for a place to read despite the benches and games. There is one wall that screams for an electric fireplace to be placed and lit. Found a tampon applicator underneath the sofa bed.... Like I said I loved this hotel it was so hipster and minimalist. But this is a huge thing. Pieces of chocolate on the floor are also found. We loved our stay here! My kid threw a tantrum when we left because she said she wanted to live here. We stayed for Fathers Day weekend, and there were two big events going on on Leavenworth. The staff were super busy and working really hard inside and outside in the heat. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had room 105 which is an ADA room. It had a set of bunk beds and a king bed. The room was HUGE! I don't think most of the rooms are as big as this one. Everything was clean and with the AC running, we didn't hear much of anything. The beds have some sort of memory foam-type mattress that I personally dislike, but I still slept relatively well. If you plan on using the bunk beds for young children, you should note that the top bunk has no roll bar. The mattress reaches the very top of the frame. We'd definitely return! read more

The owners need to check in on the barista at the coffee shop. I personally own coffee stands and if one of my employees ever treated a costumer the way I was just treated, she'd be fired. My coffee was made wrong on top of it.
