Now the after effect of the massage I felt like I was just leaving a street fight, but after some hydration and some heating pads, I was back to normal. Once everything returned back to normal, I can honestly say that I can tell a huge difference with my range of motion as well as my overall movement. The only downfall is that they raised their prices again as of Dec 2022 which is disappointing, but I will be back!
