I called two weeks ago about my estimate and scheduling to bring my car in. They said they'll get back to me by Friday (two weeks ago). They never did. Another week passes by. Today (Monday I call) and they have to look up my information and tell me their guy will look at today (only because I called them). They are too busy apparently and three weeks in advance is just too little time for them to call a customer back who got an estimate done per their instructions.
