My husband is stage 4 cancer and they have continued to deny his blood work appointments. Scheduled by Logan health in Kalispell, he shows up for his blood work in Eureka and they turn him away every time. Delaying his blood work delays his treatments. Insane that the same Logan health can deny doctors orders from the same institution... makes total sense for a broken health care system to deny health visits for a dying patient. Sad Logan health!! Doc Bailey took the time to do a thorough work up, explain his findings, and outline a way forward. He got me patched up and on my way in no time flat. What a disaster this place was. They submitted a claim to my insurance co incorrectly and the claim was denied completely. Their billing service provider has continued to bill me months after I paid the bill in full out of my own pocket. I had to send a notice under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to them to get them to stop harassing me. read more

The professionalism of the front desk staff is below subpar. Scheduling is a nightmare and even worse is to be seen as a walk in. DO NOT SEEK WALK IN CARE. You will end up spending 3-4 hours with sick babies in their waiting room to be seen for 15 minutes and waiting another hour in a clinic room just to be written a script for antibiotics. Way better off seeking a provider in the Flathead or someone is private practice within the community. read more

The front desk associates and practice manager have absolutely no care or concern for patient health. They have the worst attitudes and scheduling policies I've ever encountered. When you are sick and you call to make an appointment, you are told you can't make an appointment for 2-3 months unless a same day appointment is available. Every time I tried to book a same day appointment it was snatched out from under me while I was on the phone. Then, I would be told I there were same day appointments available for the following day but they would be fired for letting a sick patient book an appointment for the following day. So, they force the sick patient to have to call day-after-day to try to see a doctor when they're sick. It took me weeks to get in on a "same-day" appointment. I've never been anywhere where you couldn't schedule a sick appointment the week you are sick. I and others I know have encountered this and it is appalling. Clearly, Logan Health Eureka is completely desensitized to patient suffering and sees helping their patients with their health as a nuisance. We don't have an urgent care or any other options up here. This place needs to get their act in order and care about their patients and their community. read more

Had to make a visit unexpectedly and we've been wanting to establish with Dr. Chase anyway. It was a Saturday afternoon and about a half hour before closing. Once inside I apologized for arriving so close to closing time but they said it was totally fine. I know that there was going to be a lot of paperwork to fill out too. (As a new patient) I asked which doctor I was going to be seeing and she said Dr. Dianna Chase was on. Yay that's who I wanted to see!! The place was very nice inside not your typical medical office I'm used to in California, bland plain decor, this was very nice and clean with up to date magazines, we're used to 2-3 year old ones, lol. The receptionist was so helpful and very very nice, paperwork was painless and and she used all my medical cards. Since we have an HMO that doesn't exist in Montana she said they'll probably pay but it might take awhile. We were the only ones there, for a half an hour before closing we'd expected it to be crowded. Upon moving to the area permanently we did establish with a different Dr since Dr Chase was out for the summer. It was fine. We were seen by Dr Nakamura who is by far an excellent doctor very thorough and attentive to your needs. Very happy with this place. read more

To whom it may concern: very disappointed with this facility. Y husband fell off a roof, and was not asked his pain level..? Not even sent home with some ibprophen..? The PA said that's funny to a mole on my husband foot?.. he mentioned his foot was cold.. the pa says: that's because your sock is wet. Well he had his sock off for at least an hour. Asked if he could hobble out of there..?? What has happened to the healthcare these days..? Not happy, and won't be taking my family here. Better off just heading to the e.r!
