I haven't hit any potholes or curbs and my car hasn't been in an accident. I don't drive the car very often so I can't understand why it would do that. We called Robison to see if there was any type of warranty since it has not even been a year since the replacement and they said they only warranty the seal around the windshield. They didn't even offer to look at it to see why it may have cracked like that which is very disappointing. We will find another auto glass company in the future.

I now know that this is a thing, but I was not prepared to pay 1100$ on a windshield change, when A1 windshield does all of it for only 600$. They also did a poor job on the windshield. The trim around the windshield is sticking out, and there was parts of it hanging on the inside of the car. Costumer service told me I should have caught all of that before hand. This turned out to be a great referral. Jake came out immediately and began the process of getting the windows ordered. He worked with the manufacturer to get replacement windows that matched our current windows as closely as possible as our model was no longer available. He installed the windows in one day and left no mess. He coordinated with the stucco company so that the front of the house was only torn up for a few days.
