Honestly, we didn't think it was going to be possible to make this house meet our needs - but we were so unhappy with our space that we wanted an architect to tell us what was actually possible. Caroline listened carefully to all our personal preferences and requests, and after coming out to tour and measure, she somehow came up with multiple options that fit all of our requests into our small space without changing the footprint of the house! I'm a pretty creative and design focused person, and I am still blown away with her talent. After going through all the incredible options she provided, she took our comments on each option to personalize the plans even further to make our house into a home that no longer even feels small. It takes an incredibly talented person to fit a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office, 6 full closets, and a laundry space COMFORTABLY into 1400 sqft. I cannot recommend her enough!!!
