Their work is mediocre, and I have had to hire others to fix their mistakes. I had a painter coming over Memorial day weekend and they had not finished the trim work like they were supposed to. They quit working by Tuesday of Memorial day weekend. I wish I could get that many days off for a holiday weekend. When we called the foreman he sounded like he was already drunk. With three full and two half completely…read morerenovated bathrooms, a rock solid, beautiful back deck, upgraded main bedroom with new closet/storage space, and so many other little upgrades, my home (since 1990 - built in 1910) has been magically transformed. Kris, Ryan, and Dawson make an amazing team and they made this extensive project (one I had dreaded and delayed for years) an unexpectedly wonderful experience. Since I have never been through such a thorough renovation project, I asked Valley Renovation to guide me through many of the decisions that I'm guessing most home owners make on their own. I trusted them and they delivered way above and beyond anything I could have imagined. The bathrooms on all three floors are perfect, the dilapidated (and dangerous) old deck has been replaced and completely elevates the exterior, and my main bedroom has never felt so calm and beautiful. Everything Valley Renovation (and their excellent sub-contractors) did was in keeping with, and enhanced, the character of my home. Above all, Kris and Ryan and Dawson are great people.
