We experienced several issues with this company and recommend prospective clients carefully research contractors before hiring one. The remodel was scheduled to be completed prior to our move-in date, but was not completed until 7 months later. This contractor was frequently unavailable by phone and text message and would not show up at agreed upon times to perform the work. The day after we moved in, we experienced a whole house stoppage, which left us without a toilet for 2 days. Mr. Barber blamed the problem on us stating that we were flushing too much toilet paper down the toilet, believe it or not! The contractor did NOT assist us in resolving this problem and left us to call several plumbers before finding one that could troubleshoot the problem. We had the line scoped and the large chunk of cast iron was discovered. A Barber Construction worker had dropped a large piece of cast iron into the line and did not admit to this until AFTER it was discovered during the scoping of the line. To make matters even worse, WE paid for the scoping, even though the contractor caused the problem. No apologies from Barber Construction for the inconvenience, either. We experienced too many problems to list, but included work included in the bids not completed, stating all permits were signed off when they were not, unsatisfactory work that had to be re-done and not disclosing issues that were discovered with our home during the remodel and the list goes on. This contractor also left an open sewer pipe under our home for over six months, which should have been capped or removed when the work had been performed 6 months earlier. We consider this unacceptable and unethical behavior. We DO NOT recommend this company!

I worked with Dave for over a year and I found him nothing but professional, courteous, honest and trustworthy. His work was perfection and he selected and supervised really excellent sub contractors. Our house turned out exactly the way we wanted. It's unfortunate that someone had a bad experience - but I wanted to share that I had a great experience and would hire him again in heartbeat. Dave is not only a great contractor but a good person and has a wonderful sense of humor and is very personable with clients.

Our addition included a family room, a bedroom, a full bath and a deck/pergola. Ed Fazzari has his own super good framers and he is personally on site most of the time. The quality of construction far surprasses anything we have ever seen. He uses the same subcontractors over and over. They showed up on schedule and completed their work on time. We are very happy with all their work. Ed gave us a bid and a schedule in the beginning. After everything was completed, there were no extra charges and it was finished on time. Fazzari is the Best!

Adam was building us two statement walls (6' and 4') for our front yard and entry, which would be lasting and so had to be done well!! To jump right to it, not only do our walls look amazing - they were built with absolute precision and expertise. Both Adam and his assistant, Nick, instilled immediate confidence in us and were an absolute pleasure to work with start to finish. And clean as heck! Their work is mediocre, and I have had to hire others to fix their mistakes. I had a painter coming over Memorial day weekend and they had not finished the trim work like they were supposed to. They quit working by Tuesday of Memorial day weekend. I wish I could get that many days off for a holiday weekend. When we called the foreman he sounded like he was already drunk.
