Domestic clients, like myself, even get the chance to pay for their flooring weekly and on a 0% finance, and I have never heard of that before. They have a small stock to takeaway but promise a next day delivery from their suppliers. I live locally, but they cover all of Manchester and supply to businesses also. The staff were knowledgeable and approachable and gave us advice on how to minimise spending (by taking up the old carpet and disposing it ourselves, save the carpet grips, etc). They also advised us to sign up to their newsletter emails to get a further 10% off. They also offer a free delivery and fitting services if you buy some fancy underlay too. Arranging a fitting was stress-free and we were contacted by phone regarding an update on time on the day. They were professional and quick and left no mess to clean up. We had freshly painted skirting boards and no scratches were left whatsoever. Overall, a great value and professional service that leaves a beautifully fitted carpet!

When I said I was only after cost for fit and not supply he got very belligerent with me in front of my wife and kids and stormed out of the house. When he got into his van driving off a threatened to beat me up if he saw me in warrington again. (Not a good idea im, fairly well know in warrington I won't say more than that) The other people who either own the shop or run it seem however to be very nice people and I think it is just this person in particular, hence why there are so many good reviews dav

The carpet has been fitted badly and the attitude of the manager when we spoke was appalling. Total blame was put on me as the customer, because I wanted a different fitter to fix the problem Because it was one issue after another and I wanted it sorted out ASAP. Clearly they don't have enough fitters to cope with the demand and the ones they do have it's clear the quality is definitely not there. Disgusting attitude from the manager, no apologies given only abuse on whether I was apply for the staff to go through disciplinary because I said I wasn't happy with the service (it's not like anyone would be held accountable considering it's a family run business) Absolute Appalling service I would not recommend, I have been blocked from all their social media pages so I can't leave a negative review and now my carpet has started to come up all along the walls as it hasn't been stuck down to the carpet grippers so I will have to pay for another company to fix it- AVOID AT ALL COSTS
