I recently bought very comfortable black sneakers which unfortunately had huge white soles that looked weird at my age. I hoped to be able to hide that white rubber with black paint. My son got me a 2.25 oz bottle of Black (n° 588) Light Body Opaque Acrylic NEOPAQUE by Jacquard. The product was very easy to apply and dried absolutely flat as I hoped. I used a hair dryer to apply some heat and waited 24 hours before wearing my new sneakers. I can report that this paint is of amazing quality because there has been no flaking or peeling whatsoever in over a month. I brought the container to Europe so I could retouch the soles of my sneakers in case the black paint wore off but it has not been necessary. I cannot tell you what a pleasure it is to find that such a fine product is still made in the USA... Please don't sell your company.

They are supportive of young artists, too. With classes and places to draw while they're visiting. It's got a relaxed vibe and I really like going there. It's very different from the large, busy art stores in The City. It's valuable in its own way. They also offer classes for grown-ups.
