I LOVE this thrift store!!!! They always have new items and such a large variety. I have found so many fun treasures here and I am excited to see what I can find every time :) They have a large selection of clothing, toys and so many household items. I have always found the staff to be super friendly and the place is clean. Some items are super cheap and others are a little pricey for a thrift store, but a lot of items will be half off on certain days and there are coupons online, so you can always find a deal!!! read more

Called to ask if they had snow suits.. Was put on hold for 10 minutes.. Hung up and called back associate answered and asked what I needed I asked if they had snow suits or snow pants for Children. She the put me on hold and when she finally came back she said yes they have snow clothes for children I asked her what sizes and she said "mmm...I don't know" ... If you were checking for them you couldn't check the sizes??? I asked if they had a. 7/8 or a 10 and she proceeded to keep asking how old my child was instead of telling me if they had that size when I told her the age she said they should have that size.. But she couldn't definitely tell me they had them... What was the point of her checking.. I'm not making the trip for them not to have the right size when I called to get the answer read more

I am a regular customer at the thrift store. 2 weeks ago my girlfriend and i were shopping. After we checked out the manager folled us outside and accused us of stealing items. I immeadtly opened my bags so they could check. They refused to check my bags and my ladys purse. If we had stolen items wouldnt you bring the accused back into the store and check. Instead tjeyjust hamded me a buisness card and said i javeto talk tothe owner. That following monday i called and tried to get a hold of someone to talk to so we can resolve this problem. I cant belive they wont call me back. I work 6 days a week and by tje time i get home they are closed. This just pisses me off because i didntdo anything.wrong. these people are not rigjt. I wenton saturday and asked to see the video proof of me taking something. And i was told to stay out for6months. I cant belive it. Im 48years old and have a job i dont need to steal anything im not a thief.. So just watch out when you shop there. They're just not right. read more

Their policy of "AS IS" holds, even when you purchase stereo equipment that does not work when you get it home. It was returned within the hour, but they said the equipment was marked "AS IS". When reminded that it was also marked :WORKS" they still refused to refund. I know of no other Thrift Shop that will not take back an electrical item if it does not work and is returned same day. read more

I go thrifting for kitchen items mostly, and this place is just insane. Some of these items I own, and know how much they cost brand new. Water bath canner they want the same price it sells for in the box brand spanking new at $20. Basic canning quart jar, $2, double it's valued at NEW. Paula Dean used sauce pan and pot $15 & $20 respectively. Your kidding? These aren't antiques or collectibles. Big red flag for anything and everything else they had in these sections. Go to Stockton for actual thrift prices, or a home goods store to get what you want new. What what a scam. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Purchased a kitchen table and chairs for my son and girlfriend on a Saturday night. They said we wouldn't have time to take it that night since they were closing soon, even though we were literally taking it around the corner. I told them ok, but they then charged an additional $5 "storage fee" since they weren't open on Sunday and told us we could pick it up Monday. We told them we would be by after work around 5:30. When we showed up on Monday they said there were no guys there to get it out of the window display and then informed us the table had to be disassembled because it was too big to fit through the opening and we would have to put it back together. When I informed them that wasn't acceptable and I didn't pay for a disassembled table, they kept going back to not having any guys there to help. To make a long story short, they took the table apart, brought it just outside of the display, put it back together very loosely, and then proceeded to try and maneuver it around a bunch of furniture and other things rather then reassemble it out front in a clear area. After watching for a minute or so of them bumping into things and at one point hitting one of the legs on an edge of the ceiling(leaving a mark) I told them to put it down and we would take it out ourselves. At no point were they accommodating, or apologetic, and were actually behaving as if they were inconvenienced! I will never buy anything from them agai read more

This has been a favorite thrift shop of mine for a few years, up until this year.. there's been 4 occasions in a matter of a couple months that I have set the alarm off walking INTO the store. I usually have my stroller with my sleeping 2 year old in it, and my baby in a wrap on my body. I also carry a diaper bag... because that's normal for a mother with a baby. Well these employees make the craziest reaction to the alarm going off!!! Ridiculous. I'm talking making me open my diaper bag, looking through my stroller, making me walk in and out of the store with my 2 kids to see what is setting the alarm off, they've told me to leave my stroller up front, while my child was sleeping in it, or that I needed to go put it back in my car. They have asked me multiple occasions to leave my DIAPER bag that I need for my children at the front while I am shopping. They make the biggest scene every time and I'm sick of it. I am pushing a $450 stroller, carrying a $200 diaper bag, and they act like I'm going to steal a .45 cent shirt. Come on. It's become embarrassing and I don't even feel comfortable going back to this place. God forbid they make a mother leave her diaper bag at the front and her child has an allergic reaction or asthma attack in the store and her diaper bag is up front with the items she needs. Talk about a LIABILITY. The owner needs to change their rules. If I'm walking into the store and your alarm from 1990 goes off it is not my fault! Cell phones, pieces of metal, expensive strollers, they all can set alarms off now. Invest in a new one. Or change your rules. Because inconveniencing loyal customers that just want to get out of the house and do a little thrifting is not ok. read more

BEWARE SERVICE ANIMAL HANDLERS. If you go to this store, they will try to make you put your service animal in a cart (highly illegal, and how is the animal supposed to do its job in a cart?). My dog was laying calmly at my side as I stood looking through a rack, with his clearly marked vest on. I was accosted by an employee (not the first time, I've been given trouble on previous trips here about this) and told that I needed to put my dog in a cart, whether or not he was a pet or a service animal. I chose to leave instead. Why this employee felt the need to stop what she was doing to bother me, and ignore all the children running unaccompanied through the store at breakneck speed, I'll never know. I asked another employee, who confirmed that service animals did indeed need to be in a cart. I was eventually able to speak to the manager, who told me that pets needed to be in a cart, but of course service animals did not. They claim that they've had problems in the past with dogs. Really, Lodi Junction? You're a thrift store. I don't think a leashed pet is going to be your downfall. Maybe worry a bit more about the small humans in your store, and properly train your employees in order to avoid a lawsuit from the disabled. Highly disappointed, and I will obviously not be returning. read more
