He let me know of a void under the slab at one place that he was able to fill. And he did a great job of drilling in the grout between tiles so the tiles in the entry didn't chip. Brandon came along behind him and leveled off where the mixture came up through the holes, and dusted away concrete residue. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because they were late due to a meeting at headquarters that ran overtime, and when they hit my mailbox on the way out they didn't come back to tell me. Save your money and use a local company, and ALWAYS get an engineer's report first.

This fall we looked at our box and felt it was time to redo it. They said they would give us a discount if we called them. We called numerous times with no return phone call. We got another mason out who we know has a great reputation and we were told that the repair job was done with regular mortar not meant for extreme heat. No wonder they didn't call back. We were ripped off. Actually we are glad they didn't call and we don't recommend them.
