If you care anything about cleanliness, respect, organization, safety, or being treated like a human, DO NOT look to this place for yourself or your loved ones! My mother was staying here and she had nothing but negative things to say about the way the staff treated her and the fact they do not screen the types of people they are allowing to move in. She did not feel safe. She had been aggressively approached leaving her apartment more than once by different people who clearly had anger issues. My mother was not a rude or mean person, so these attacks were not warranted in any way. She didn't even know them!
When this was taken to management nothing was said or done. Management repeatedly moved people in, that clearly needed a place with more monitoring of mentally ill individuals. We do not have an issue with mentally ill people by any stretch of the means, however when she moved in it was for senior living ONLY. Once management discovered the money they would get by allowing other lower income and special need people in the atmosphere changed for the worse. That is not to say that there is not some very kind and caring people who live here, because there are! My mom met many good friends while she lived here.
The place ALWAYS smells of urine. The summer time is the worst. They allow people to urinate on the lobby and hallway furniture with minimal (if any) attempt to clean it up.
The staff is very kind and inviting to get you into a lease AND THEN once the newness wears off they are rude and snotty. read more
