At least seven companies were unable to open the door, including the company that sells the doors.This was a huge problem because the door leaks and since it was on the 6th floor it was impossible to access the exterior of the door to stop the leak. The door is no longer manufactured and my condo requires that the exterior doors all match. I was quoted over 9K for a new door, if the condo would even approve it. I was told I should abandon the door and caulk it shut to make it watertight, but even then there was no guarantee that it would not leak. Mike gave me a flat rate (which he honored) and spent 6 hours troubleshooting the door. He did the impossible: he opened it and it is now a working door. Mike; you are a superhero. You are an honest and capable person and a credit to your company. I wish I could give you 6 stars. I am very grateful.
