While at our house, their agent was surly and succeeded in drilling 2 large holes for locks on our door completely off center and not aligned with the existing locks, one of them right up against the glass. While replacing one of the existing dead bolts, he broke 1 of the glass panes in our French doors. They essentially ruined 3 of our doors. Only one of which can be fixed without full replacement. We had another contractor there at the time who quoted the locksmith as saying "it was a mistake, but they'll never notice." He then ended up leaving with the pane jagged and broken (a safety risk to my children) and 2 large off center holes in my doors! I spoke to their manager over a week ago who told me he would speak to their owner. Today I politely called them back. You're never happy when things go wrong, but accidents and mistakes do happen. I spoke again with their manager John and asked him what the company was going to do for us now that he'd talked to the owners. He told me the company would be doing nothing for me and that I "could handle it however I wished." He then hung up on me. I was stunned. Disgraceful!
