I really felt some relief and after the appointment was made well in advance on Saturday for Monday before 3pm I made arrangements for a ride to work for the next three days no problem right !? WRONG ! MONDAY they never ever called or reached out they were called, texted and NOTHING!! I just worked 40 hrs weekend my family member was trying to get shit done while herself working no results I reached out called from a different number and there now Angel answered told me all about his tech had not called him back in the last 3 hours and he would call me tomorrow am let me know what time to expect and well it after 12pm I have called left a very detailed voicemail at 11am and still nave not received a call back... I genuinely never leave any negative reviews ever... but this is not just a bad day in business this is leaving someone stranded after purchasing a fob with no vehicle after making an appointment and trusting the owner to be rescheduled for the next morning and after giving the benefit of the doubt of human circumstances with other techs fault... it's clearly a lack of communication, professionalism and courtesy to locals within the community your provide service to!! I would not recommend this company at this point... at the very least I would recommend the persons that own or run this company to be mindful and courteous of their customers that seek their expertise in their time of need and have decency to communicate with your customers rather than be evasive.

Here is our recent communication to them in hopes to finally resolve things after a request and "quote" provided 46 days ago. All of this on top of the fact that they caused failed fire inspections through this process, made us wait on "parts" to properly close the door after the lock was in place (which only took a in-stock magnet after waiting two additional weeks to hopefully open our doors), requested us to meet them nearly two hours after our posted business hours to fix their mess, never updated us on issues or items along the way unless we contacted them, and more. Avoid them. Plain and simple. "Im going to make this next text very easy for you to understand since communication and honesty seems to be a struggle for you and you have a habit of blaming your customers for communication errors you cause. Your invoice dated 3/14/24 stated you installed a "DL 1200 S". You charged me $1540.25 for this item. Your initial quote on 2/15 also listed this as the item. After you did your first install, and on Wed March 20th, I texted you to confirm the model number so I would be downloading the correct software. At 1:13 pm on the 20th you texted me back and told me that the model number was "DL 2800." This past Friday and after your pathetic attempt to blame me for your lack of communication as well as your unprofessional behavior inside my store, outside my store, and speaking negatively about me to neighboring businesses, all captured on video cameras inside and outside, you spent 10 minutes removing the supposed "DL 2800" and installing the new "DL 2800". We exchanged keys, and you left. Again, today (4/1/24)I paid an engineer to come in and set up the lock which turned out to be a "DL 1300", not a DL 1200 S like invoiced, and not the DL 2800 you claimed you installed not once, but twice. For the record, the DL 1300 that is on my door now is working finally and will work fine for my business there and moving forward. Wrapping this up because you have already absorbed two months of my time, cost my business time and money, you charged me 3x what the DL 1300 I currently have sells for. In fact, you charged me nearly 3x more than any of those three models sell for. You ripped me off, plain and simple. I have attached a quote and image for the lock I actually have on my door today. I am going to request you do the right thing and confirm a refund to me in the next 24 hours for the lock that you way overcharged me on. You can mail it. Ill wait for your text reponse or email to cmbcollectibles@gmail.com and do not call me or come to either of my businesses. "
