These guys are great! They are trustworthy and reliable. I've used them for big projects, like re-keying a local business, and tricky projects like an old garage lock that I did not have a key for. Most recently they helped out with an auto key that was not working properly and had the dealership stumped. Their prices are fair and they care about their customers. Tried getting some RV keys made at a hardware and they didn't have all the blanks and 1/2 of what they did make didn't work. These guys do everything well as they have for years. Don't waste your time and money with places that work on locks part time. Leroy's guys are pros and are worth any little bit more they may cost! read more

Was in town for a week to deal with family estate issues. Needed to secure my parents buildings and house. Called Locksafe (or is it LeRoys?). Spoke with a guy who seemed to care about my problem. Sometimes a fake smile is better than a bad attitude. But he did seem sincere. Maybe I just jaded... They had someone come out, look it over and called me back. Gave good advice, and started on the solution with just the promise of payment by Credit Card. Job well done, I'd use them again if i ever had to go back. The first time I went in, they did some research, but ultimately could not help me. Later when I came in to look for alternatives, they had nothing. My wife went in to rekey the front door and they barely looked at the lock, said it was a Schlage, sent her to Home Depot. It turned out it was an off brand, not a Schlage. Anyway, they are not terrible, but mediocre at best, in my experience. read more

Locked my keys inside my car with my spare inside also because I am an idiot. I previously locked them in there a couple days before (i know im stupid) and was gonna have a spare made and put underneath the car as the original spare would not fit inside the magnetic keybox. Well the slim Jim i bought did not work on the locking mechanism inside the door frame so I called EVERY shop to get a quote on a lockout. Everywhere else was quoting around 80 dollars. The locksmith was here I'm fifteen minutes with the inflatable bags and perfect sized rod and he had that thing open in seconds! Best thing of all only 55 dollars. Getting a spare of the spare today so hopefully i wont be needing this service anytime soon but if I do I know who to call. read more

I called Leroy's Lock Safe systems to come unlock my car when I had locked the keys in it...while it was running. The gentlemen quoted me $45 and was here within 15 minutes. He was so nice and understanding of the situation. I would give them 5 out of 5 starts any day! read more

A year ago I called there to get a lock cylinder fixed. He told me The wind caught the door. I own a bodyshop and told him it wasnt, it was just a bound cylinder. He kept telling me no, its the wind. Thats why the door wont unlock. Bought a new lock and fixed it. Went in recently, he talked to me like a child. Condescending and patronizing. Maybe thats why he was fired from his last job. I went to their shop in Old Town to get my dead bolt fixed. I was expecting to have to buy a whole new one, but the owner there was able to just replace on little inexpensive piece. Very cheap (but good). read more
