A friend has a home on the Magnolia River on the historic registry-meaning the front door is very old with old parts. The main parts were stripped and no one would touch it. I called Locks and he was prompt, seemed to really know his work and appreciated the fact that we wanted to preserve the historical feature if possible! Mr. Dile at Locks By The Bay was professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and provided education on our locks as he did his work. He was even able to find a replacement knob that had been discontinued so that all my hardware would match. He rekeyed all 10 sets of doors, reset 3 electronic locks, and is returning to replace the needed knob already mentioned. On top of that, he was even nice to the family dog. Had someone attempting to get access to my 18 wheeler, this guy came out, noone was onsite, greased my locks and stuck an invoice INSIDE of my truck!
