If I could give Zero star I would. I went into the store today with the intentions of buying a few things, but instead I got kicked out and told to leave by the Owner. My 2 year had a potty accident (peed on the floor through her pants). Tiny kid spot, mind you, she's 2 years old........I apologized for it, asked for a mop. (They did not have one) I told the woman working there I had some stuff in my car to clean it up, after I got my daughter out of her wet clothes. I came back in to clean it up and I guess the owner was called, and he told me that I had to leave and could not be there Any more. I still offered to clean up the tiny mess but they told me to leave still. I guess the owner hates children who can't control their bladders that well, as grown adults can. Needless to say I will not shop or go here again. And I suggest you don't bring your kid here if you plan on shopping here. I am a reasonable person but this was kind of ridiculous...... read more

I have never had such amazing help with any company as I have with LockITT. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My order was for five of the Abus ReKeyable locks and I have received everything and all was as it should be. Amazing customer service. I ordered two top of the line Abus security devices that I was unable to find here in the UK. Pat helped me to get the right ones, get them with the key-alike to the one I already have and deliver it directly from the Abus factory in Germany to avoid the Europe-USA roundtrip. I ordered 4 keyed alike Abus Discus padlocks with the high security numbered keys number nine out of ten security rating. Almost a $200.00 order for four padlocks. The order was recieved well packaged and no damages. Then it was discovered that three of these locks were keyed the same and one of them was not. I emailed the company and stated the following: "Concerning invoice 14840 Joe Motis I ordered 4 diskus locks keyed alike . I recieved 4 diskus locks with 3 of them being key 161262. The 4th lock is keyed 134364. You had one job, send the customer 4 locks keyed alike. You failed miserably and embarrasing well. The review I leave will be directly proportional to how fast you get me another diskus lock keyed to the other 3 locks with key number 161262. If you include a postage paid shipping envelope with the lock I will mail back to you the lock whose key does not match the other 3 KEYED ALIKE diskus disc locks. Thank you, This is the response that was recieved from Patrick: Joe, when handling thousands of skus, honest mistakes can always happen. Apologies for the inconvenience but I assure you it's not done on purpose. When a mistake like this happens, correcting it is really not a big deal and we always handle those with top priority. Sending you out the correct lock etc .. not a biggie .. seriously. But ... do you really feel the threatening and belittling tone of your email is justified? I mean, when a customer would talk to me face to face, in my store the way you just wrote to me, it would not end well. Coming out swinging the way you do is not very productive. I will have the correct lock sent out on Monday with a return label envelope. Unless of course you want to send everything back to me for a full refund, which is fine too. Patrick This individual threatens because he does not like the " threatening and belittling tone " of my email and apparently, if if I had the nerve to walk in to his store and tell him strait up that his organization " failed miserably and embarrasing well" and that if the " customer would talk to me face to face, in my store the way you just wrote to me, it would not end well." Hey Patrick, here is a clue, hire competent people that at least have the skillsets to put four of the same things in a box and do not threaten people whose simple order you screwed up when they complain about your poor performance.. And your "honest mistake" was caused by carelessness and lack of quality control and perhaps a toxic work enviorment having you for the boss and absolutely nothing else. read more

Ordered a set of grip heaters, that were advertised universal fit. They were on close out. So they arrived, turned out to be a discontinued model, that would not fit my metric motorcycle, irrespective of advertisement that they would. I contacted Lockitt and was informed that they were close out so no return would be permitted. Then of course they added some cute, wise remark about customers needed to be more responsible before ordering close outs. About as poor a customer relations response as I have had in many years. Long story short, I contacted the manufacturer of the product, and received a very helpful solution. Seems that Lockitt could have done a bit of research and recommended the same. But they had rather give a snippy response to a customer that needs help. I give them two stars, rather than one just because the product was a good product from a good company, Lockitt should get some minus stars for customer service. Look elsewhere. read more

In anticipation of buying a somewhat high end Italian scooter, I know that i needed sometype of special security,padlock and chain. So I spent about a week reading everything I could and looking at you tube videos with people using bolt cutters to quickly cut the chains or padlocks. I then found a German company (wouldn't you think) that produced a special shrouded padlock and 14mm maxium security chain made out of boron, manganese and other special components. So I'm writing this review because I had some questions about my order and even received an email response late one evening, and I couldn't figure out what they were even doing reading business mail late at night, so I figured when I find business that give great service and have high quality products that I should share the wealth , so to speak and that is why they get 5 stars in my book, so thanks Pat for your great service. read more

Ordered a cable lock from their website, which I stumbled across while looking for a better price/options since cable lock reviews are sketchy. I liked the pricing, descriptions, variety of locks available. Even more convenient were the numerous easy ways to make payment (i made pmt thru amazon though i ordered off of lockitt.com). My order arrived in a timely manner.
