My story: Had my license in my teens but was petrified to drive, plus driving was not a necessity for me living in New York with all the buses and subways. Fast forward many years later, here I am in Florida needing to drive. Just making that first phone call and facing my fears was a big step. Jessica was so comforting, understanding, and professional. She arranged my lessons with Pam. Now I see what others were raving about in their reviews. Pam is a phenomenal instructor, kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. The only thing is…read morethat they don't offer any packages; they only tell you that the instructor will know when you're ready to take the driving test and get your license. I have a problem with that because they can say you need X number of classes, and it might not be true, and they're just telling you that to squeeze as much money per customer as possible. Also, the head honcho has a major attitude problem. Hence, if you're the type of person that likes to ask a lot of questions, this is not the company for you. If you call more than once in a day, they will get upset. They're not patient, professional nor courteous, despite the fact that's what they say on their business card.

I looked around a lot for different schools. I liked that they called themselves an inclusive chrstian school. I meant with Dr Tubbs who I found to be a caring wonderful lady and I broke down in her office describing all the painful things I and my daughter went through with the other school and she told me about her vision for a school that loves all and teaches all. I am so impressed with Grace Education Academy and all they've done for my daughter in the short time they've had her. She got promoted to fifth this year which was something I wasn't sure was going to happen after what the other teachers at the other school were telling me. Since this is not the main campus, the classes offered are smaller which allows the student a more one on one experience with the professors. To go with this, the teachers know their students by name and face recognition. You are not a number here! Also, the campus is well kept and clean. Everything is always so pristine and if anything is out of order it gets cleaned up right away. Overall, the College of Central Florida's Citrus campus is definitely a good start for a freshman in college and really allows you to ease into the life of college and adulthood. I just received a phone call from a collections company saying…read morethat my tuition was sent to collections for past due tuition that they charged me for the summer. Even though I had withdrawn, was using the GI bill and had not received any correspondence stating that I was being charged tuition for a term that I was not enrolled in. I called, after waiting an hour on hold, and they said that maybe my counselor signed me up for courses. Now I have to contact admissions, get a statement from them that I was not logged in or attending the summer session and still have to go through the collections company to pay. All of the correspondence that I had received were text messages asking how the semester was going, which I always replied I am not enrolled or attending. Thanks for ruining my credit with putting something in collections that shouldn't have been there to begin with.
