My unit was broken into 4 times. They have no security cameras! Multiple units have been broken into recently.

we rented a unit at 144 mt pine rd in august 2021. we stored a 2017 nissan sentra and some furniture. we live out of the area and came back in december to empty the unit. when we drove up to the unit it had a different lock on it and all the units on that row had the same kind of lock which was unusual. it was a sunday and the their office was closed so we had a locksmith cut the lock off. we opened the door and the car was stolen along with some other items. we called their office on monday and they denied knowing anything about the break in or any of the other units that were broken into. they have absolutely no security there and very unprofessional. do not store anything of value if you want to see it again. read more

Had my lock cut off twice. nobody in office cares or takes any responsibility. Totally unprofessional. They laugh it off. Every time I went out there, I ran onto people who had units broken into and articles stolen, Absolutely no security. Even after rash of thefts, they won't change security code so anyone who rented a locker ever can come and go as they please. Might as well put items on street corner with a sign that says take me! read more

Reserved a unit and when moving day came no one answered our calls even during business hours. Left several messages with no call back even on their emergency line. We had rented a uhaul and only had it till the next morning so we we're left with a huge dilemma, We ran a bit behind and we arrived from another state after 4 pm. Either way we got ahold of another storage facility ( U Store IT) even after hours and they were very helpful and even providing us with a unit. Even after a few days still no word from them. Had to give 1 star to leave this review but they don't deserve it! read more

Very unprofessional, lady in office barefooted and looks like she just woke up. Went in to move from 10x10 to 5x10 I pay 87.00 for 10x10 and she tells me 5x10 is 75.00. I guess they think we are idiots. Climate control smells like urine it's dirty and hot. I have been a customer for 3 years, they don't care!!!!! read more
