Michelin rated 2021. A terrific restaurant in this gorgeous town known for balsamic producers. There is street side dining and a gorgeous restaurant in this little hotel/Locanda.
We had a tasting menu fir lunch at 50 euro each. Can come with wine pairing but instead chose a local Lambrusco which is the local red with a little fizz to it. Dry and yummy on an afternoon.
The tasting menu was wonderful with a tomato, potato, eggplant creamy bisque, a soft egg with pancetta, a tagliatelle with rabbit, pork ribs, and a tasty mini local cake from a historic baker with marscapone on it.
