Had a couple of leaks from the brand new Well pump specifically 2 orings were never installed at the factory. Phillip was told by his supervisor to use Teflon tape to fix the leak. That evening I called Water Care America and spoke with Bryan and he sent Phillip back out the next day to install the missing orings. Could not be happier with the Service Technician and Water Care America's service and professionalism provided to me.
