However the engineer called me the later the following day to say they had completely cleaned the machine and had run a full hardware check (I even got a printed diagnostics report to show that everything had passed!). They advised me the best anti virus to use and loaded it on for me while it was with them. I couldn't be happier with the job they've done and I would recommend anybody to use this place if they want a quick, efficient repair doing on their computer.

Took the pc in and Urmash would update me daily with the problems and when he could get it sent back. Only took a few days which was a lot faster than i thought and the price was fairly reasonable.
