So Banko, whether on purpose, or by accident installed the wrong springs. This is 100% what led to the premature failure of the sping. Bottom line, AVOID BANKO. I feel they do this on purpose to cause premature failure in order so you call them more often than you should. I reached out to Banko, I'm awaiting a call back from a manager.

The most unfortunate thing was they clearly worked on a door that was specifically excluded (it's just used as storage) and Alex used it as the main door he worked on and charged me for. They also left three other doors in non-operating condition (all were working previously). They seriously dug their heels in when I tried to get them to come back and correct their mistakes and have generally been unscrupulous.
