    Stan started out telling me about what he could do to help my business with a silver tounge. Even…read morestill, there was very poor communication if any at all between myself and Stan. I gave cash and waited for what he was going to do which I never had any idea of.. After about 2 weeks or so, nothing. So I informed him I was pulling out from the services. He then scrambled to throw something together after I explicitly told him I was completely done to then put up a business profile for me within his business. I told Stan I would not be paying for any services because I've already made up my mind and withdrew, yet he insisted he would keep it up for a month taking on the cost himself. I never learned how to do anything whatsoever with the profile, nor was anything or even instructions conveyed to me until I sent emails to Stan stating so. In the end, I never used or benefited at all from using his services and 1 month later I got a charge to my bank from his business that I was never told about. I asked why, he explained and said he'd take care of it. This same occurrence went on for multiple months, even until today. He was very poorly at managing services and following through. At one point after a very steamed text from myself about this charge that never stops and was supposed to had been stopped, he settled by bringing me the amount I was charged. So why after all of this am I still receiving a charge almost 4 months later? Not sure, he finally will not respond. So now I am forced to cancel my bank card to receive a new number since Stan could or would not handle this simple task to appease a lost customer.
