A week ago I scheduled an appointment with this company for 9 am today. No one showed up, and they…read moreignored my texts and calls for 2 hours. I had someone else call them from a different number and they picked up right away, and when asked why they didn't show up to the 9am appointment they hung up on her. Immediately following this, they called me and tried saying that the crew did come out. I reiterated that I was here the whole time and no one came. The lady on the phone then tried saying someone else was supposed to come out and they thought it was tomorrow. When I asked why they ignored my calls and texts for 2 hours and immediately answered someone else's phone call, she tried saying that she's been on hold with Georgia Power for 2 hours trying to do a stop service request. First of all, yes Georgia Power is a pain in the ass. But they don't keep you on hold for two hours. And if you were in fact on hold and couldn't answer calls and texts, how were you able to answer someone else's call immediately? This company is clearly unprofessional, incapable of taking accountability, and lacks basic communication skills. Honestly pathetic and does not at all match their 4.7 Star reviews. I was really looking forward to getting this done with a seemingly reputable company, and I've been left extremely disappointed and a week behind schedule.

He left my home with exposed LIVE wires and filthy finger prints all over my walls, despite doing no work! The following Thursday Gary was a no show!!!! When I called he apologized and said he forgot or got too busy. I told him to return to my property to put my switch boxes back the way they were and collect his materials. I called him again on 11/17 about his intentions to put my boxes back together and he made more excuses about his assistant no longer working for him( no surprise) and he could come on Thursday...Thanksgiving!!!! I told him no and that I have family coming over and this is a hazard that has to be correct asap. He told me he would get back to me.
