We had issues w their finance department (my card was charged at no explanation, my invoices didn't break down the pricing one bit- extremely confusing and sketchy, etc.), overpriced in my opinion (coming from a family of interior designers and builders), took forever for my materials to arrive in store only to find out that it would not work in our home due to unlevel flooring (which was not mentioned when they came out to measure/look at the home), wanted to charge me a restocking fee because the flooring that took forever to come in did not work in our home. Business was unorganized and sloppy. One person would say my materials had arrived the next would say they haven't come in, etc etc. The installer told us that they were ripping us off and offered to install it under the table if we bought materials. We did. He sucked too. Cancelled on us multiple times and did a terrible job w installation (my father laid tile for years and was shocked at how poorly he did). The only flooring we ended up purchasing from them was carpet. The carpet install looked nice but they never installed the carpet in the master closet (which we paid for). Our quartz counters were installed. The installers made the wrong cut and then told my husband that I told them to do it.. So we had to hire a contractor to cover up the gap between my cabinets and sink and my faucet is now too close to the sink. We have had the counters for less than 3 months and they are scratched and stained (which is strange because quartz is known for durability and I am a clean freak/have never made a cut w out a cutting board). Wouldn't be surprised if it isn't real quartz!! Sketchy business. Do NOT. DO NOT purchase anything from this store. You WILL regret it.

After all, this was going INSIDE my house. He showed up right on time, did the work, and cleaned up after himself. The hearth is beautiful and I've already gotten so may compliments on it. I will not hesitate to use this business again when I need concrete work done. Reasonably priced, shows up when he promises, does an excellent job and leave the project area clean. When he came by he noticed the water problem I was having in my back yard and offered to fix it for me for an additional 900 dollars. I agreed because he had good reviews on judy's book. Big mistake. Now I'm out 900 dollars and my water problem is worse than ever and my yard is a total wreck. The guy is a scam artist and he's not even good at that. His work crew consisted of some high school kids and he leaves them on the job unsupervised. My paving stones and flowerbeds don't look that great either. I don't see how anyone could possibly say this guy is a pro. I gave him one star because t wouldn't let me give him anything lower.

I had someone else call them from a different number and they picked up right away, and when asked why they didn't show up to the 9am appointment they hung up on her. Immediately following this, they called me and tried saying that the crew did come out. I reiterated that I was here the whole time and no one came. The lady on the phone then tried saying someone else was supposed to come out and they thought it was tomorrow. When I asked why they ignored my calls and texts for 2 hours and immediately answered someone else's phone call, she tried saying that she's been on hold with Georgia Power for 2 hours trying to do a stop service request. First of all, yes Georgia Power is a pain in the ass. But they don't keep you on hold for two hours. And if you were in fact on hold and couldn't answer calls and texts, how were you able to answer someone else's call immediately? This was not at all a match to their 4.7 Star reviews. I was really looking forward to getting this done with a seemingly reputable company, and I've been left extremely disappointed and a week behind schedule.
