When I called to make the payment they never mention you owe a late fee because they have an extra 25.00 fee every month that the fee wasn't made or caught up. I called today and finally got them to explain why my bill for a bed frame was getting higher instead of lower. In 6 months the cost of the frame is still $532.00 originally it was $557.00. They are counting on people to be late and not have great credit so they can capitalize on it. I will never buy or recommend them to anyone! beware of Business like this they are not your friendly neighborhood furniture store.
