Review is specific to the Inter-City service…read more I had to arrange a one-way ride out to just outside Benton, and *really* didn't want to use the sole taxi service. A call to PATS (though disconnected twice; apparently the shuttle service is new, and few ask to go out to Benton Highway as I did) got me setup for the nearly one hour ride... for $20. A bargain! My driver was fantastic, and when I'd commented on the price he mentioned the service is starting up (which in my mind, translated out to be things would cost more as the kinks work out -- though aside from the disconnected calls, there were none). The driver picked me up at the Paducah airport (and arrived 15 minutes earlier than I'd requested, even better as it was a no-hassle walk from the plane to the front door), and about 60 minutes later I was at my destination. Doesn't get any better than that!

There's no point of calling yourself "Paris taxi" every time you're not in Paris. Like today I really needed a taxi but again they're always out of town. I understand they had to take people to the airport, but they always take them out of town so far away like Nashville it just sucks man like at least keep one of your driver in town for someone. It's so frustrating I'm sorry it just is.

No taxi showed up she called it just kept ringing and ringing and ringing my 19 year old Granddaughter was stuck at work with no way home. If I had not gone to get her, she would've been there for the whole night. They normally had called her and canceled the ride if they couldn't get her, but there was no excuse no call. No nothing right now. I'm very mad at this taxicab company. How could you leave a 19-year-old young lady stuck atWork. And not let her know. She needed to find another way home. Needless to say we normally take her to Work and pick her up, but my husband has to be in Nashville tomorrow morning at St. Thomas so we were getting up at 4 AM to leave. Thanks taxi cab company.
