She came back with a snarky remark that I would never be able to book with her again and I should have "reminded" her of the appointment she made!! The salon is lively and well lit. There were quite a few braiders, some clients had two braiders. I booked a wash and blow dry in addition to knotless braids at 3:30pm. The shampoo smells good - like a tea tree smell. I think i had a newbie braider (not sure) but all of my parts are even and all of my braids are super neat and the same size. Leslie finished my braids b/c I wanted cornrows on one side. I also got my ends curled. I was there for about 6 hours, but again its lively so there is music playing, the braiders are talking to one another here and there. I love my hair and it was reasonably priced. Super convenient to be able to get a same day appointment.
