This place is so beautifully decorated and has such a nice ambiance the moment you step in! Their hookahs are great quality, they do use quick lites which I don't think are best quality compared to regular charcoal that lasts longer. The food was amazing as well! I ordered their mango smoothie drink based on the pictures and it was very rich and delicious! Their Chai is a must try! It's a great strong chai flavor tastes just like the chai you'd get in Pakistan or India. I also ordered their masala fries which you also have to order!!!!! Sooo good! The service was amazing as well, always several employees well dressed and checking up on the customers frequently. They also have a cute lounge area if you don't want to eat and just want to smoke hookah. I am from Northern California and you won't find a place like this in San Francisco unfortunately! So glad I was able to visit a few times before leaving back to California! Great business overall very impressed.

What I really loved about this place was the aesthetics, the ambiance, the music, the mood…read morelighting. It was clean, lots of seating available which consists of love seats & chairs. The space is split into two sections front and back with the bar/ vip section. It wasn't as busy when I arrived but nonetheless the vibes were great. The music wasn't too loud that you cannot maintain a conversation. They have the regular shisha flavours like double apple, mint etc. They also have other special flavours like island breeze which cost $32/shisha. They do charge for extra coal, the shisha comes well prepared and ready to be smoked. It was a smooth, flavourful & enjoyable experience. Now one thing I have to note, their menus is fixed, you cannot convince them to make any altercation to any item on the list nor request items (drinks) which aren't on the menu. That leads me to my next point, you cannot order sides unless you order a main. I personally don't understand why. One may not necessarily want to have a full meal late into the night but nonetheless they would not budge. The weekends are busy, reservation's recommended and they follow a strict dress code. I do believe they are setting a precedent and catering to a demographic as more of an upscale Lounge. The service was great, server was attentive but also apologetic as she was bound to a strict menu. Worth checking out for the vibes.

The hooka is decent but they charge you with each change of coal. I had the shawarma poutine last time, it was delicious but def more tandoor flavoured meat than poutine but still tasty

So many different flavors for hookah to choose from along with the flavored water which we opted out for. First time smokers ar truly unaware as to how light the smoke is and feel as if it's smoking nothing. The harshness of regular cigarettes can't be compared as the shisha and has the unique flavor infused. Exotic Candy was nice to start with Crown Royal at your side. Cover charged only to walk in to a nearly empty place (except 1 other party of 4) with music so loud you can't even hear the hostess and we are told we can only pay with cash and cards are not accepted (red flag) . We were optimistic and decided to make the best of it while we sat and waited. Our server brought over a menu for food drinks and hookah.. Then a handwritten stained pieces of folded notebook paper and crossed out words here and there, presenting it to us as the "currently availability hookah flavors" (red flag) . We still kept an open mind and began to place out orders. Every hookah food and drink order requested was "not available" or out of stock. We ask to see the manager, who walks in and tried to make a package deal to accommodate the lack of availability from all departments. Hungry ad realizing there is not much to eat, we ask for our cover money back to leave. We are approached by promoter who refuses to return our money and begins arguing with manager about lack of food or hookah flavors or drinks (red flag) . The unprofessional Promoter goes back to negotiate giving us back half but returns with 4 bouncers and forces us out of the place and curses at us upon us asking for our refund after he tells us he is not allowed to serve us hookah tobacco because the place is not licensed to do so , and continues to yell at us as we walk out the door . ( red flag confirmed) Great customer service guys . Excellent way to promote.

The menu leans fusion, so there was a lot to try, and overall it felt like a fun place to share plates and compare notes with the table. The cocktails definitely stood out for being stronger than the usual lighter, sweeter drinks you get elsewhere, and the smoky cinnamon one was probably the most memorable. For appetizers, the beef tartare with bone marrow was the clear winner for me. The tartare tasted bright and fresh, and the marrow was rich without feeling greasy. The mussels were also enjoyable, mostly because they were fresh and sat in a creamy broth that made the whole dish feel comforting. We also tried the octopus with pumpkin purée, which had a nice chewy texture and a lovely sweetness from the purée, although a slight charred taste came through more than I personally wanted. For mains, a few dishes landed better than others. The ribeye with chimichurri was one of the stronger choices, tender, properly cooked medium rare, and especially good with that sharp, herbaceous sauce. The ribs were also very tender and full of flavor. The salmon in puff pastry was enjoyable enough that I would order it again, even though the pastry itself was a little softer than I expected. The udon carbonara was decent and comforting, but probably not the most memorable thing on the table, and the signature chicken had flavorful meat even if the rice leaned a bit too soft for me. One small complaint I kept coming back to was the bread, which tasted more charred than I like. Still, Wilcox feels like a nice little spot for a relaxed dinner with drinks, especially if you go in the mood to share, explore the menu, and order a few of the stronger dishes.

Beautiful spot to have Gastro food and a few drinks.
