I was almost hesitant to write this review, as I would have loved for Loans by Suzette to remain a little secret for the few privileged, but at the same time my experience with them was so amazing, that the world needs to know about it. One word to describe my entire experience: seamless. Suzette and her team worked their magic through what usually is a nerve-crushing and adrenaline-spiking process, regardless of whether it involves a new loan or a refi. They more than compensated for not-so-adequate other participants in the experience *cough*escrow company* and worked extra hard on their end to make this easy for me - the client. Suzette is an extremely knowledgeable expert in her field, but it is her communication style and candor that make all the difference. She lays out all available options on the table and walks you through all the details, patiently answering all, even the most basic and repetitive questions, with the client's interest being top priority. The team at Loans by Suzette understand and cater to the nervousness and anxiety of their clients by responding to all inquiries with lighting speed and handling all matters quickly and elegantly, thereby making the financing portion of purchasing a home - the cardinal part of the entire effort - seem seamless and effortless. I cannot recommend Loans by Suzette enough. They are absolute masters at their craft! After 2 years of searching for a home, my wife and I finally found the one. We had previously been pre approved by a different lender for over a year! 2 days before the end of our escrow, our previous lender called us to tell us that the underwriter had denied our application. Luckily, one of my good friends had worked with Suzette and gave me her number. In an absolute panic, I called her. She promised me that she would get it done for us, and boy did she deliver! In under 2 weeks, starting from absolute scratch, with my incredibly complicated file, Suzette and her team were able to close our loan at an even better rate! This is my second loan with Suzette. If you dig far enough down in these reviews, you will find my first. I basically had the same excellent experience with her. This loan was far less complex than my first, but the competence and efficiency were no different. Suzette is a total pro. She is efficient and knows exactly what to do and when. My advice: Have all your documents in order and get them to her the same day she asks. If you do that, she can do her job. Last thought, Suzette smartly managed the rate lock process and locked in a great rate with an excellent cost/fee structure. I have no hesitation recommending Suzette to anyone. Suzette is who you want on your team! She was referred to me from a friend/colleague who swore by her b/c she helped through thick and thin to get her a huge loan. My own loan itself was probably one of her "easier" loans to get qualified; but what we didn't account for was other major life events/stressors occurring simultaneously requiring me to travel across the country all the while trying to sign documents, create new paperwork for power of attorney, coordinating timing, etc etc. Suzette was on top of everything so I wouldn't have to worry about it (since she was doing that for me!). She not only worked with me, she really listened to me and my concerns about selling my home in the hopes of getting into a bigger house.
