I had a complicated question about refinancing that Jessica answered quickly and clearly. Within minutes I went from overwhelmed and nervous to relaxed and assured. Jessica obviously loves her work, knows her stuff, and is passionate about her clients. I've dealt with a few bad mortgage brokers before. When I found out they have bad math skills or were unreliable, it was too late to start over. I'm confident with Jessica's help, I'll sleep soundly tonight.

Whether we are a loan customer or a…read morevendor makes no difference in the fact that you waited eight months to make a payment that was owed to us. You claim that you sent the payment and it was never received, however, after several times of asking for proof of this, we never got it. Our invoice clearly states in bold red font that late fees will be assessed after 30 days. You've chosen to ignore that and think you above are paying them Because you finally paid the original fee owed. However, I would like to see how you react when one of your mortgagers decides they're not going to pay you late fee fees after owing you for mortgage payments for eight months. You held onto and collected interest on our money for eight months and as a lender using VA you should know that VA is the one that allows us to charge those late fees when they're over 30 days. We have never had any other vendor refused to pay late fees when they've been late on their payments. Which says a lot about your company. Believing that it's OK to pay just the bill and ignore any other late fees that were assessed is not considered making a full payment. It says volumes about your company. I recommend anyone even considering doing business with your company should carefully assess the reviews and make their own decisions. All I can do is tell anyone thinking about doing business with you is to do their homework first. Read all the reviews not just the fake ones placed here, but by legit people that really made loans with them and read their reviews here, on google and be sure to check BBB and Consumer Protection Websites.

Do not use Brendan McNab from this location.A real estate agent is supposed to represent and…read moreadvocate for their client - not make important decisions behind the client's back or put the client's interests second to relationships with attorneys or other professionals. My experience has left me seriously concerned about whether some agents and the attorneys they recommend are working together in a way that benefits the professionals involved rather than the client. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. My agent sent my home inspection report to an attorney for contract-related matters without notifying me or discussing it with me beforehand. He also attempted to negotiate aspects of my contract through an attorney he had recommended, again without first discussing those actions with me or getting my direction. As the client, I expected to be informed and consulted before significant communications or decisions were made regarding my transaction. Instead, I felt that important steps were being taken behind my back. That seriously undermined my trust and confidence in the agent and in the way my transaction was being handled. My experience has made me believe that clients need to be extremely cautious when an agent recommends an attorney and should make sure they understand exactly what is being communicated and negotiated on their behalf. I would strongly recommend that anyone working with this agent insist on being informed and consulted before any significant action is taken regarding their contract or transaction.
