It doesn't matter what, when, and why, but they are there for us no matter what to answer all the questions we have, even when we throw curve balls their way. I'm excited to update after closing, but I really had to say something now because of the efforts the team has done for us.

We were first time home buyers so this was a new process for us so there were a lot of questions. Herb was patient and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. His staff were equally as impressive. Pam who was our loan processor was very prompt and work tirelessly to get our loan processed in less than 30 days (we had a quick close). When we got up in the morning for work, we already had an email from Pam. On Saturday mornings, we had an email from Pam. She worked really hard and because of her quick processing, we were able to close in time with a couple days to spare. Overall, 1st Eagle Mortgage were incredible and so glad that we went with them instead of a bigger bank. We got a great rate and had easy communication with them. Highly recommended!

We made an appointment to meet with Bonnie a few months ago when we were first thinking of buying a place...but we weren't quite sure if we could afford to. She took a look at our financial info, ran our credit (eep!) and then sat us down and walked us through our options. She never made us feel bad about what we could afford to spend, our not quite perfect credit and our lack of knowledge. During each step of this process, Bonnie was a phone call or email away. We really felt like she was looking out for us. She made sure that we chose the right kind of mortgage (non-adjustable rate!) so we wouldn't get into trouble later. She took time out of her day to attend our closing yesterday (even though she really hadn't needed to come) and even got us a housewarming present.! Seriously, Bonnie now feels like a friend. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is starting their search for a home.

Being that I am in TX, purchasing a home in IL - I was nervous to say the least. Tae is extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the home purchasing mortgage process. He and his team were always available to answer all my questions and concerns- communicated clearly/ openly through the entire process. I am very pleased with the low interest rate Tae was able to lock down (much better than what my bank offered) and he was even able to coordinate a closing in Dallas because I was unable to fly out to Chicago. I cannot praise him enough for his exceptional service - he is very professional, sharp, responsive, and an expert in the field. He knows what he's doing and has your best interest at heart. I would definitely go back to Tae for any of my future mortgage needs. Thanks so much for going the extra mile to walk us through the differences in buying a home and obtaining financing in Illinois. This could've been a extremely stressful transaction but with your knowledge and counsel we were able to close on our house quickly. We got our loan with a great rate and without any surprises or hiccups! Thank you!

Even though we had a hard time deciding between single family homes (Detached) and town homes/Condos (Attached), Ryan was always patient with us. He was with us every step of the way with great insights on affordability, explaining how home offers work, even when we decided to switch our search locations! No matter the twists and turns we presented (I'm sorry Ryan!!), Ryan stood by our side the entire process.
