i am so mad right now. my husband and i sent to the shell station on bonforte ave in pueblo. we…read moreneeded to top off our gas tank with about 10$. my husband swiped the card and accidently put in the wrong zip code because he just moved to the neighborhood, and he put in our old zip code. so he had to swipe again and use our new zip code. we only needed an exact $10.00 to fill the tank. i always look at our account everyday. this morning i looked and found that we were $150.00 short. i called our card and they told me that we swiped the card 2 times at shell and they held $75.00 for each swipe for a fricken $10.00 in gas. i am fumming. i will never do business with them again. that is ridiculous!!! and they are holding the money till thursday!. i got gas yesterday which was monday. horrible that they can do this!!!

Usually I like this place... but today I just witnessed something horrible. I was getting gas and…read morethe guy next to me was fixing his truck because his truck literally broke down at the gas station. There was a car next to him as well and the people in that SUV were helping him. I was intrigued because I usually don't see people repairing their cars often so I watched while getting gas... until one of the employees (not manager... EMPLOYEE) of the gas station came out and went to lean against the guys hood while he was working underneath his truck. The employee literally started to pester the guy. Asking him how long it was going to take, if he checked certain things in his truck, if he was going to be there all day, if he needed to fix it for him.... That kind of stuff. The guy literally just was trying to fix his truck and get out of there! The guy yelled back how he didn't know how long it was going to take and how he had been trying to fix it but if they keep coming out 100 times that he wasn't going to get done any sooner because he needed to concentrate and how if the employee thinks he can do better than he can come down and fix it then clean up the mess. The employee literally started yelling back and it got to the point where another guy that was helping the truck guy had to literally PULL THE EMPLOYEE AWAY to talk to them PRIVATELY because the other guy saw me watching. I literally felt so uncomfortable afterwards that it wasn't funny. Like... how do the people at the gas station think that was even okay? I went to call management and explain this and told them I wasn't coming back. I could hear the employee from before yelling in the background saying something about losing paying customers and the manager literally tried to say that them being upset was valid because they were told to clean up the mess... I just... I'm never coming back. I can't trust a gas station that I know treats their customers poorly when it comes to bad things happening in life.

I went there last week to put gas in my car because the sign said 2.74 for regular. I put about 20 dollars in, but as I was leaving, I glanced at the price on the pump. The pump had 3.24 for regular. I went in and asked the clerk about the discrepancy, he stated that someone else deals with the sign and he did not have an explanation. I felt like they had deceived me to get me to buy gas at that station, live and learn.
