From the very beginning the service was fast and easy. The scheduling website was very user friendly and I was even able to schedule for next day as my mattress was running late. They worked with my schedule and I was able to text directly with the team that would be doing my install and removal. They were two very kind gentlemen who texted back immediately and even gave me a 10 minute heads up so I could secure my dogs before they arrived. The entire removal and set up was maybe 10 minutes. Requested removal of several pieces of furniture and exercise equipment be removed from the house. I contacted LoadUp, and I am very happy I did. The service was beyond excellent. Andrei, the Loader, worked hard and was very professional. He kept in contact as to when he would arrive and when he arrived. Andrei and his partner worked great together. All my items, sectional sofa, recliner, three exercise equipment, a mattress and box spring, and three televisions were removed. A large item in the garage was taken apart with no problem. I give it a 3 because the driver showed up by himself- even though he was supposed to have a partner. My husband had to help him get a very large piece of furniture out of the house and down the stairs. I called to complain and was offered a 25 percent discount, which I accepted. I also want a tax deductible donation receipt for the furniture which the driver said he couldn't give to me because he couldn't get my contact information and I couldn't get his. So I asked him to send the donation receipt directly to Load Up and have them send me a picture of it. I hope Load Up follows up on this - especially since I was told I could get a receipt when I booked this service. read more

I rated a 3 because we needed a mattress picked up that needs to be taken back in good condition as the mattress was given in good condition, however the way that it was transported into the pickup truck needed major improvement.
